Welcome to our mountain home! Sitting atop a hill and surrounded by green, our home has SPECTACULAR valley views and is only a short walk into town via the beautiful Reitlpromenade. It's been lovingly renovated, making it a cozy escape perfect for a family, with 4 bedrooms and one modern bathroom (plus an additional shower!). Ski in/ski-out from Graukogel, it's the ideal place to unwind after a day on the mountain, as you watch the sunset next to the fire from the terrace and relax in the sauna.

Here you have the opportunity to stay in a brand new and beautiful Chalet right next to the ski lift and ski slope in the village Wagrain in the famous ski region of Ski Amade. Because of the tremendous lift infrastructure you can ski to areas like Flachau, Flachauwinkl and St. Johann-Alpendorf. You can also visit the beautiful Zauchensee with a very short car trip. We also have the Chalet next to this Chalet available for renting so we can accommodate up to 16 persons.
