Great place to stay with easy access to ski lifts and town

Fantastically beautiful place, highly recommended! Walter was very helpful and helped us with our concerns at all times. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time.

We were 2 families on site and had a great time. We are thrilled with Monika and the house and would happily come back again! :)

We 2024/2025 between the years for a week with two families (4 adults 5 children) in the chalet in Annaberg. The chalet is in a great location, right on the ski slope and also easily accessible. The kitchen was really fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. The chalet itself is nicely built, well equipped and has a great view of the surrounding mountain. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, someone had probably smoked in the chalet before (is actually not allowed), which is why it smelled of cold smoke in the basement. The landlord quickly tried to help here via a room scent, which unfortunately only reduced the symptom. But as a landlord, you are also not in it and we were grateful for the help offered.

Gerald’s home is a wonderful get away nestled in a beautiful location. Great for accessing many hikes and a quick trip into Salzburg. Plenty of room for my family of six.

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning and enjoyed the week very much. For the few questions that came up, we got an immediate answer from Susanne. We can really only recommend!

Many of us agreed that this is one of the best AirBnB they have ever visited. The advertisement itself doesn't show this at first, but once you visit, the stay exceeds all expectations. Also the owners are very kind and professional. There is nothing bad to say.

Our stay at the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and situated in a peaceful environment. The Flachau ski lift is just a 10-minute drive away, and the nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes from the accommodation. The host was very kind and welcoming. We give it a perfect 10 out of 10 and sincerely thank you for a wonderful stay!

Chalet was as described in photos. Very comfortable interior and great for family. Kitchen usable for making meals. Little difficult to find in dark, but very responsive host helped.

Our stay at Oberreiths was perfect! We stayed here the end of November/beginning of December before the ski season started, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The farm was such a wonderful place for our animal loving children to enjoy! Our daughter even got to ride the horse, which was a dream come true for her. There are three apartments in the building and we stayed in the middle one. It was perfect for our family of six, with a master bedroom and the second bedroom with a large bed and two single beds in the loft above. The one person sauna was a nice amenity too. The apartments are made of wood, so we could hear the guests beside us somewhat, but it wasn’t bad. The hosts are amazing… very kind and accommodating. The option to order fresh baked bread delivered to your room every morning was lovely. There are many walking trails nearby, including a lighted path to walk at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks and highly recommend staying here!

The two of us had a great stay at Bernhard's place with our dog. The apartment is quietly located, we were able to take long hikes directly from the accommodation. The apartment is beautiful, with great amenities, nice decor and everything was clean. We will be happy to come back!

Johanna is a super host! We thoroughly enjoyed the peace, spacious rooms, hospitality and fast connection to flat chew shop. Very helpful with children. We will definitely come back! See you soon. Recommended :)

What a gift this was. Beautiful house, wonderfully spacious, you feel right at home. Phenomenal view. Wonderfully quiet and yet close to all the sights. Even more beautiful than the pictures show. It was also really very clean. We will most definitely come again again.

Beautiful, very old farmhouse located at the end of the place yet central. Shopping, hiking and ski resort are within easy reach. The place was equipped with far more than stated in the description. The host family was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. There were nine of us in the house and there would have been more space. Due to the two bathrooms, the stay also works very well with a larger group. Towels, sheets and basic amenities in the kitchen as well as firewood for the fireplace - everything was provided.

Great location, the underfloor heating in the bathrooms is nice after a day skying, the rooms are nice size. The internet however is almost never working and there is no tv in the living room. The beds all have tv. No washing machine and no launderette nearby, however, the host offered us the possibility to use her personal one. There is a ski boot drier which is a nice touch, bbq and a lovely table outside
