Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in St. Leonards On Sea Beach

The cottage was beautiful, clean, well furnished, well maintained and very cosy. It's in a fabulous central location so everything was walkable. The parking spot is an absoultely God send in Rye and literally just around the corner from the cottage. We were allowed to check in much earlier than the usual 3pm as there were no guests staying the night before, so that was a real plus. When we arrived, the place was lovely and warm and Sophie had even gone to the trouble of leaving a Happy Birthday balloon for me. All in all, we had a fantastic few days and would happily recommend Sophie's cottage to anyone.

Excellent choice for a family in the gorgeous camber sands. Minutes from the beach, the house really suited our family of four and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Fantastic location for exploring the area and we would love to come back in the summer but also enjoyed the peace and beauty of camber in the winter.

Our holiday was for a group of 10 over the New Year's Period. Beach Haven was just right for the trip. The location, just set back from the road but right across from the dunes/beach is a real draw. The main living/dining area is spacious, attractive and atmospheric – perfect for cooking commnual meals and hanging out as a group. The 5x bedrooms and 3x bathrooms are comfortable and offer a decent amount of privacy away from the main space. As most of the group had to work in the course of the trip, the second living room was also very helpful as an alternative workspace/a place to take meetings and calls. We had an excellent stay and would happily recommend.

The house is amazing, so beautiful. At this time of year it was very peaceful too. The space was perfect for us and our young children. Within walking distance to the beach and a well stocked shop.

We had a fabulous stay at Barefoot. The house was terrific - great set up inside, extremely clean and comfortable and with all we needed (and more) for a perfect few days at the beach. The location is amazing - literally right on the beach, nestled amongst beautiful dunes which the kids adored. And being able to step right onto the sand was glorious. Mark was extremely helpful with all we needed and also local recommendations - communication always v quick and easy. Thoroughly recommend staying at Barefoot! We are sure to be back!

What a beautiful house - even better than the pictures. Everything was perfect for our girls weekend away. We had a bedroom each which was a luxury. Tracy met us at the property to let us in but left us to our own devices. She’d been very responsive so know that we would have been able to contact her if we’d needed to, but everything was as described so we had no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the fires in both the lounge and dining room which had been set up by Mark and Tracy in advance. Comfy beds, lovely neutral uncluttered spaces. All in all just a fab place. 15 min walk into the heart of St Leonard’s which has some great shops and restaurants.

Second time staying at Sam and Nicks. Very happy. We had a problem with the front door on contacting them we had a really quick response, they attended the property and problem fixed promptly. Communication and everything about the trip has been excellent.

Wow is all I can say.... The photos didn't do this amazing property as much justice as it deserved!! Booked for 3 nights for My daughters Hen party with the family .. Marika was so helpful letting me chk in earlier so I could prepare the Villa for my daughters arrival.. She was readily available if we needed her.. We had just the most amazing stay and DEFINITELY will be booking again ..( Luckily for us we only live 10mins away) ...

Great apartment. Close to everywhere. Felt home. Has everything a family needs. I would suggest if anybody asks 😎

Had the bestest serene birthday! So happy to find Jasper’s place. The accommodation is exactly what is posted online. Stunning sea views in the morning 🥰🥰🥰 Jasper is so ever helpful and responsive. We had the best quiet time just admiring all the interiors and the view of the house. I would love to gate keep this little nook we found but it deserves a spotlight. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic location. Beautiful property filled with lots of interesting artwork. Hosts were very welcoming, thoughtful and flexible. Great communication throughout with lovely touches on check-in.

Our stay was perfect. We slept so well as the bed was so very comfortable and big. Although we didn’t meet our hosts they were at hand to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Victoria's flat was lovely. It was very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully kitted out. The real gem is the balcony with fantastic views over the sea. Absolutely wonderful for an early morning coffee watching the sunrise. The flat is on the top floor (as we knew from Victoria's accurate description) so there are a good few stairs but well worth it for the peace and the great views! Great location a few mins stroll to the beach and very easy walking distance to great pubs and restaurants. The Horse and Groom pub is an absolute gem. We loved Victoria's flat and will be booking again for sure. 👍

Had such a gorgeous stay, the flat is super spacious with the most incredible sea view. Caroline was really responsive and the place was spotless and super cosy. Would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay here. Location is very walkable in the middle of old Rye and very close to the train. We loved the cute balcony for enjoying morning coffee. Hope to return!

What a beautiful place to stay! Excellent hosts, Chantell was so communicative, helpful, proactive and flexible. Would definitely come back, the place was spotless, had all we needed and super comfortable.

We stayed here as we were out in the evening at De La Warr Pavilion. The property was close to the venue, easy to find, immaculately presented. Andrea was easy to communicate with, and provided perfect instructions for our arrival.

It was a nice stay. The place is in a great location, just a 9 min walk from the train station and a 5 min walk to the sea and city center. Dan was a wonderful host, check in was very easy, we found everything we needed coffee, tea, some food and even a bottle of Prosecco, thank you so much! We also had an early check in and late check out , which was really convenient.

Excellent spacious apartment, very nicely decorated. You feel instantly at home staying here. The sea view is priceless and such a treat to see everyday. Kitchen was well equipped enough to be able to cook meals out of. Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Steven made the whole process of staying there very easy. Overall a great stay :-)

I really enjoyed my time staying in Paul's flat. It's on a quiet road, very close to public transport, shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. It was lovely to meet Paul who gave me a warm welcome and showed me the flat. The flat is beautifully decorated with fabulous ornaments, pictures and more. It is bright and peaceful with all the amebities I needed. It was a real pleasure to wake up in the morning to the sound of bird song and enjoy the sunshine in the garden. I'd be more than happy to stay again. Thanks Paul.

We had a wonderful stay at William & Edwin's home. It was very cosy & comfortable with everything we needed provided. Edwin kept us informed of everything we needed to know & always responded to all messages quickly. We would definitely stay here again in the future when visiting the area.
