We had a wonderful stay! Teresa was always quick to respond to any questions, which made everything so easy. The house was spotless—really clean and comfortable—and in a great location for exploring the area. We thoroughly recommend staying here and would happily return.

Highly recommend this absolutely beautiful place, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at . So beautifully designed . It’s also in a perfect location to discover Rye . Peaceful and yet in the centre of town . We didn’t want to leave !

Absolutely one of the best stays we’ve had with Airbnb. We loved Sam’s house from the spacious living room and dining room that could seat several families to the gorgeous backyard and extra rooms with en suite bathrooms in the back. We will definitely be back!

A fantastic characterful cottage, its a short drive into hastings town. It is on a busy main road so traffic noise is loud even at night. The place is huge! Plenty of parking and a lovely large garden. 5 bedrooms although 4 of them require ducking under beams to get into them. The kitchen was where we spent most of our time when we were in it is so spacious and has all the things you need to cook a meal. Loads of local recommendations provided which was super helpful and the place was clean. Would highly recommend!

Tracy and Mark’s place in St Leonards on Sea is absolutely lovely. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable – we all felt right at home straight away. The garden is a real bonus too – a sunny spot perfect for eating or relaxing with a cup of tea or glass of wine. There were loads of interesting books and board games, if only we'd had more time! Our hosts were very kind, helpful and responsive. St Leonards itself is a great spot for a short break. It’s right on the sea, with a really creative and laid-back vibe. There are loads of great places to eat and drink, and plenty of art and interesting shops to explore. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again, Tracy and Mark!

Lovely stay, well catered for, great location, Justine was very responsive, instructions were clear and we had an absolutely lovely time. Everything worked and was spotless. Was very good value for money. We were an adults only party and but we did see the activities available in the holiday park for children and they looked fantastic. Recommend 100%

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

I was blown away at how home from home this beautiful caravan was The bed linen was Snow White spotless on every bed central heating was superb as temperatures dropped low in evenings So comfy and secure we loved every minute of our stay Fabulous host

We enjoyed our short stay! It was nice and comfortable. The lodge was so cozy and clean! Perfect for the fur babies as they felt right at home! Spacious and it has everything you need! This place is a great find for nature lovers or people who want to relax in an amazing nature surrownding. Julia is a very responsive and nice persone, there were plenty of picture like views, animals and walks around. Couple of points to keep in mind though: 1. Having a car is recommended if you want to dine outside, the closest Pub is 50 min walk away 2. Wifi was slow with complete disconnection from time to time, probably due bad signal coverage in the hills 3. Fishing is possible with your own gear and takle only, it is not availabale on site, but Julia was kind enough to recomment us a fishing farm nearby where we had spend a wonderfull day Over all good value for money!

Great location, stones throw from the beach, lovely walk to Pevensey Castle. Comfy beds, massive sofas! Lovely wood burner. Had a lovely time

we stayed with family and friends for the Easter weekend. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Christine welcomed us at the house and showed us around so we knew how everything worked. The house is a lovely space and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. we had a lot of fun. all of the kitchen essentials are provided and so much more. we would love to stay here again.

As per all the other reviews here, we also felt that John is a great host and we appreciated the special personal welcome and run through of the house. We also loved the kitchen and the dining table in the bright conservatory. Sitting in the pretty and large garden was very relaxing, especially because there were no sounds, except the odd dog or seagull. There are raspberries growing at the end of the garden, a lovely surprise. The location is great to explore nearby Bodiam Castle (highly recommended), Hastings, Winchelsea and Rye.

Lovely place to stay for our 4 night break with our 2 dogs. Amazing location so close to the beach and sea wall walk. We were lucky to have great weather so could do loads of walks eg Rye Harbour, Camber Sands, Hastings Country Park , Winchelsea. Well fitted home. Nice to have welcome goodies. Lovely responsive host and family. Small loss of privacy from adjacent properties which was not a significant issue. Bright property even if blinds are closed. Would stay again.

Primose Lodge is a fabulous small barn conversion set in the rolling East Sussex countryside. It has everything you would expect to find in this well appointed and cosy getaway. A home from home. Definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyfield Stable. The property was spacious for our little family of 5 and it was immaculately clean. The location was perfect with a very relaxing tranquil/rural setting and it was situated just 15mins drive from Eastbourne pier and many other family friendly activities. Katy was an amazing host, very responsive to any queries we had and also the little personal touches of providing local area information and some welcome gifts upon arrival - certainly didn't go unnoticed after a long drive. Thank you again Katy for an amazing retreat away, we really look forward to staying with you again in the near future. Sheril xx

We had a lovely break away. It was in a central location to visit all the sites we wanted to see. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog, and the property was a nice and cosy. The bed was extremely comfortable too.
