Really lovely place and location is excellent! Walking distance to Delmar, great restaurants and Whole Foods grocery all nearby. Neighborhood was quiet during our 3 night stay. Parking was on the curb, directly out front of the apartment, but not a busy street. Some stairs from curb to door and another set of fairly narrow stairs from door to upper level apartment, but was easy enough to get our luggage up there. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issue, though. Both beds were very comfortable, linens were clean, top quality, warm and comfortable for Feb temperatures. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, furniture is comfortable, and the place is charming. John is a wonderful host and directions were easy to follow. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book it again.

Gregory's apartment was great for a week working at BJC. easy walk to the hospital and to food in the area. I look forward to staying again if work brings me back to the area.

Mr. Dieng is a good host, he goes out of his way to make sure your needs are met… He’s on site and he’s always available and willing to help… the unit is clean and very well kept!

It was very comfortable the thermostat was very easy to work so it was nice and warm for me the entire time the bed was very comfortable kitchen was nice and clean nice size tv very nice place to stay

We came to STL for a concert and thiis place was a short walk from the Duck Room at Blueberry Hill in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again when we're back in the area!

Tbh, Logan was literally the best Airbnb host I’ve ever came across using the app. Honestly if I could rent a unit from them I’d love the As my landlord, the communication was everything but the fact he went well beyond limits to help me with my situation! It’s not many people left in the world who’d still help you in times of need most of these Airbnb host only care of the money your sending them & not about your situation. If I could put Logan on a payroll lol I would just beyond great person man.

The place was even better than the photos. I felt safe the whole trip. It was always easy to find parking on the street and it was a great distance from everything I planned on doing. It was never too cold since it was winter during my trip. The water temperature was also great. Extra blankets were super appreciated. This Airbnb had everything I needed. 100% would recommend.

A great place to stay that is comfortable, calming, in a friendly, safe urban neighborhood. It has nice furnishings and amenities. A good place for a longer stay. Parking and access to stores, pharmacies and services is very convenient. Highly recommend Barbara’s place.

So charming and comfortable! Spacious and spotless. Walk to everything. Front door parking. At the end of town there is a beautiful paved path for pooch walking. Great value.

loved this spot one of my top 5 so far the area was close to downtown but a really nice neighborhood !! the vibe there is amazing We have been to stl many times and this was my favorite place to stay here!! the eatery below was really nice great food the bar within 100 yards was really unique and like a hipster dive bar really cool off the wall decor!! 5 stars across the board from the miller's on this stay

Shanika was an excellent host. The space was a little cold, but considering the outside temperature was in the single digits, that was expected. Would definitely stay again.

The host were very friendly and easy to communicate with. My check in and check out went smoothly. The place was as described and a plus for being quiet and peaceful! It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This was such a cute place to stay! It was very quaint and the space was condusive to relaxation. Sarah has a great offering of amenities and was a delight to chat with. Parking is limited to parallel parking, so if you are challenged in that area, get some practice because it's worth it! 🤗 Highly recommend!

I was in town visiting family and the location was convenient for my family. There were several restaurants within walking distances and a grocery store and drugstore store right around the corner.

Love staying at their properties they are very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I accidentally overstayed miscommunication on my part and they were very easy-going and did not make me feel bad about it. The place is very spacious and clean and has everything you need to feel right at home! Will definitely stay with them again thank you very much!
