Situated across from the Limestone Way and a 100 yards from Bradford Dale, there are an abundance of beautiful walks direct on your doorstep. There are 3 pubs in the village which are within 10 minutes walk from the house, all serving delicious home cooked food and selections of local ales. Duffield home in beautiful setting

You’ll love my place because it’s 5 mins walk to the centre of Duffield with its pubs & shops & 10 min train or bus into Derby or Matlock. A 30 min drive to Ashbourne & Wirksworth. The house is being renovated so is a little hectic but these rooms are in a separate annex & although not perfect are comfy. Its good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families &pets. We have a dog, cat & children & welcome those with or without.

Lovely 3 bedroom family home in great location

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located on a very sought-after residential estate and only a 25 minute walk into the centre of congleton. The house is situated at the end of the road (dead end) so no through traffic and very quiet. Within steps of the front door you can access the footpath that’s takes you in to our wonderful countryside within a few minutes.

17th century cottage in Matlock

A very old stone cottage but newly renovated inside. The cottage was my home, my children were all brought up there. I now live in a barn at the top of the driveway which we tried to build in as energy saving way as we could. During the cottage renovation we have tried to make the space as 'green' as possible.
