It is located in front of the condominium square, where the children walked on roller skates and played. The condominium is excellent, fantastic structure. The stay was wonderful, the house was impeccable, it has everything you can imagine and a little more in utensils. Everything was very clean and organized. And the housekeeper we hired, named Juliana too, was wonderful. Keeping everything clean and organized, always asking if we needed anything and the kitchen wonderfully well.

We love hosting very much! The apartment is excellent, very spacious, balcony, very good leisure infrastructure, unique location. The resort has a very good and functional leisure structure, in addition to being super beautiful, with a restaurant and pool bar, you can stay there all day, you don't feel like leaving. The location is also a great advantage, it is right on the main street of Pipa, close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The bed and bath linens are first-rate, very, very good, in addition to having a coffee maker, sandwich maker and other utensils. The location of the flat is outstanding! Near the beach, where there are nearby restaurants, super market, pharmacy, everything by walk! The flat had all the items described, but it was not necessary to use all of them. For those who are interested in going more than one couple, the flat has the room, where the bathroom is and access to the large balcony and another space where there is a small kitchen, sofa bed and single bed, both rooms separated by door, if necessary. We stayed a day longer than planned! The chek-in was punctual, quickly! The room was clean and tidy! Communication with the host was excellent in answering all the questions and showing initiative to solve potential problems. In relation to the hotel, the staff have been polite and helpful, the pool is excellent in a beautiful environment! I recommend it and will be back another time!

The condominium is amazing, offers many leisure options, has a market nearby and is about a 5-minute drive from the center.
