We spent incredible days, the house is more beautiful than in the pictures, we feel at home and welcomed. I'll come back more often for sure !

The house is even better than it appears in the photos, very well equipped with everything you need and a little more. Everything very clean, organized, the great location... we have a habit of traveling in a family and this was certainly the place that served us the best.

Excellent house, good location, safe, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, everything in the house running perfectly. The Silene and the Jefferson that were nominated by the great host at all. Presteza, cleaning, availability, good mood. Delicious food. It's too bad to go home. But as soon as we can we will be back. Nothing to complain about to say thanks.

The house is excellent, well equipped. Township Looks like a place, very quiet. Fully equipped kitchen Wifi works well. The only but, that does not have a telephone signal. Since we were on vacation, that wasn't an issue for us. We were well received and had full support from the hosts.

House in a quiet condominium. Extremely well located. Comfortable. Large rooms. Home very attentive. Only 2 observations. The showers are old, need to be exchanged. In one of the rooms fall drops. Another but was the in and out of the house. In at least 2 opportunities, we were agreed by employees entering the house to wash things from other homes. As if ours were the basis of others. This did not interfere with security at all, but it might not have occurred. I'd rent it again, no doubt.

I recommend the super organized, clean house (super-smelling bed and bath linen) and functional with all the utensils we need, including the helpful employee who made everything ready with a table set for our meals. Heated pool that we use at night as well. Wonderful condominium. All communication with the owner was punctual and helpful during our stay...We will return and recommend it to everyone.

Cannot describe in words what a magical home this is. We were apprehensive at first wondering if it would live up to the pictures and the price but we were blown away. Suzanne was super responsive. She addressed all our requests including an extra mattress and a JBL speaker. Not only is the home spectacular but the service wow! Dahyani the house manager took care of anything we needed. The meals prepared by the two chefs were restaurant level - we ended up only eating out once. The house is right next door to the Gostoso kite surf school which made it super convenient to take lessons. This is hands down the most beautiful home in San Miguel de Gostoso.

Sofia is great host. He gave precise instructions, indicated kind and polite people to be with us during the stay. The house is exactly as advertised, cozy, welcoming.

The house gets a quiet condominium near the beach, great for those looking for a few days of rest. The house is spacious, has a great swimming pool and barbecue area. It has the necessary utensils for a good stay.

Beautiful house, a magical place to rest and spend incredible moments with family and friends. I want to emphasize the kindness and disposition of Gerald and Cesar, always attentive to fix any problem and also recommend things to do, etc. It was really a pleasure for us to visit the house. The first night we had an inconvenience with the electricity and quickly communicate with us, offering several alternatives and the other day the issue was already sorted out. They also have all the amenities you need at your disposal, transportation, cleaning, massages, cook, everything. Thanks to Amanda for the delicious breakfast you prepared for us when you arrived. I recommend a vacation in this Villa Magica. Everything will be enjoying and resting. Thank you Gerald and Cesar.

Dream house on the beach paradise. A place that has everything for a family vacation to be perfect. Delicious home prepared to receive. Comfortable rooms. Super full kitchen. Cozy, practical furniture, great house finishes for a beach house, delicious pool, house with support for children's play, such as float, ball, games... everything! Privileged place in front of the departure of tours, close to the best restaurant in the region. There's nothing that can be even better. Fernanda gave us all the support from the beginning, she helped us with everything. I only have good memories for those days.

Ivan's building corresponds exactly to the advertised. in excellent conditions, with everything quite organized, it is wide, pleasant, beautiful and very spacious. Ivan is a great host, always responding quickly. The cottages are also quite discreet and attentive. It's well worth it!

We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

The stay exceeded my expectations! The house is perfect, the beach is beautiful. I had fun, rested and the place conveys an unexplained peace. The host and its staff are very kind and attentive. I really loved it!
