Roges' small apartment is excellent. I went to travel hoping to see the sea and relax even though I had an ankle surgery the previous month and, despite the stairs, the apartment was perfect. His two balconies filled my longing for the sea and allowed me a rest and comfort in my recovery. The location is excellent and the reception of the caretaker Josi as well. The apartment was super clean and the condominium is very quiet.

Great house, large, close to the beach making it easy to go on foot, all fenced, wifi available, with two bathrooms (which makes life easier for those who go with more people), washing machine and a barbecue in the back. Gabriela was so kind and super accessible. I recommend it!

the casita is chica but Comfortable xa a Vacation. the location is excellent, facing the literal sea. i can't say what the beach xq was like the rained on me the two days. but sitting in the living room and looking at the sea is unpayable. i can't say what the area xq was like it was like the two days rained and it was an impossible neighborhood to leave. there is like a terracita in front of the beautiful sea to read, think or just look at the sea. would come back? of course yes!

I loved the place. I loved the contact and reception of Fernanda, with right MIMO, super darling, quick in returns. As for the site: exactly what is advertised, real clean house, where you are not afraid to use things or mess with the cupboards. Safe place, peace, tranquility. My daughter's niece loved it. It was the first time my kitten left the house, and she also loved being loose in the courtyard. Well-equipped house, it had everything I needed. Would only leave as a tip because of our intense heat, plus a fan in the house. Everything else is perfect! Do you know that little corner that is not yours but that you need to be careful? It is this corner of Fernanda. Whenever I can I will return to this location.

Amamos the town is close to everything market, pharmacy, bars and restaurants including everything accessible on foot and the beach less than 1 block away. The window view from the direct to the sea. Everything was just as listed, kind host, and the lady who hands over the very helpful keys. We will definitely come back more often.

We rented the apto for 3 days, we had never gone to Capão Novo. I really liked the beach and the location of the apto. The pictures well describe the place, full cuisine and close to the beach as well as restaurants and market. If you have a chance, we will definitely return. Please note that the apt does not have a washer but has a tank that allows you to wash clothes by hand or you can also take it in a nearby laundry room. The apt had beach chairs and a cart, making it easy for those who are staying and cannot carry these items. In short, a great place for a great value.

It was a great stay, there is only one air conditioner in the living room, in the most everything very good.
