Great apartment. Well-maintained place. There was no time to get to know the entire great structure of the condominium.

The building is very close to the beach, even closer than I thought. Ivan is present in the building so the instruction is given at arrival. All the messages I sent were quickly answered by Ivan, I definitely recommend this place for people who want to stay close to the beach, near everything from restaurant, pharmacy, super market, beach and along with a host that is present for any issue.

great place, has everything you need to rest and enjoy, family place, close to the sea, Tramandaí center very close by and next to the centrinho de Oasis, very nice.

We stayed a week. Great place to rest. Practically empty beach. The host is always very attentive and ready to resolve any issue. The place is close to Torres and Capão for those who want. Safe for children and pets. Even though it was a small condominium, we had great privacy. We'll be back without a doubt!!

The condominium is very quiet and quiet. We stayed for 10 days and went in three people; the apartment met us super well. We will return whenever possible!!

It was very nice to be able to stay in an apartment that was so clean, beautiful and organized. In addition to the location, a very quiet place, with the perfect view from each window (including the bathroom), and at the same time close to everything. We are frequent guests of that condominium but we have never rented an apartment with a "garden". If you like to stay at home barbecue and enjoy the tranquility of the place, we highly recommend it. And the condominium is wonderful. With respect to the apartment, it was impeccable and is very well decorated, with all necessary amenities (we love the automatic coffee maker). A Daniela always cordial and very practical.
