Staying with Rusudani was a beautiful experience! She welcomed me right away with loving arms the moment I stepped foot into her home. The room is warm and comfortable on winter days. From the room, you can see the Mountains and her home is near the center, so it’s easy to go around. Her cooking was magnificent!🩷 Thank you so much for these beautiful moments and local georgian experience that I‘ll never forget! I sure hope to come again ))

Going to Rusudani's home felt like returning to my own. Her kind smile was like seeing my grandmother welcoming us. The house was cozy and warm. We happened to be there on the birthday of Rusudani's grandson, and we were honored to celebrate with Rusudani, her husband, and a few friends. The dinner and breakfast that Rusudani cooked were absolutely delicious, and you must try them if you visit. If I ever go to Stepantsminda again, I will definitely visit her again!

Unfortunately, it was only possible to stay at Levani's place and his beautiful mother Tamara for only one day. The house is a few rooms that seem to be isolated from each other, but in the same space. They are original, they have a piece of this family. It would be interesting to come with a large group and check in this house completely. Amenities. Everything is fine, there were no questions. Despite the +8 outside the window and the heating season that has not yet begun, it was warm and cozy to sleep. Breakfast. Tamara's mother prepared a delicious homemade breakfast for a small fee The view. It's beautiful, you can sit and watch for hours at this beautiful view Thank you so much for the warm welcome

The location is very convenient. The ski lifts are very close; also there is a very good choice of restaurants and cafes. Besides, quite close there is a skating rink. All the necessary amenities are in the apartment. Last but not least, there is a ski storage in the basement of the building, which is also very convenient.

Cozy. Stylish apartment by comparison to many of the other Redco Gudauri apartments in F4, F1 and F2 block. Great bed with lots of extra bedding for the pull out couch. The balcony has a perfect view of the ski hill. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and there’s a washing machine in the bathroom.

Very well centered property. Five minute walk to go Gudauri ski lift. And surrounded with a lot of ski rent shops , restaurants and supermarket.

Apartment is very spacious and perfect for a skiing holiday. Maria has a very helpful friend (Nana) who acts as an excellent host, she arranged taxis so we could head into New Gudauri, helped with any issues we faced and even drove us to the nearest supermarket. You can walk across the courtyard to the slopes and the ski locker is on the ground floor. We had an excellent 5 days there, thank you.
