We enjoyed our stay at Tea's apartment, it is clean and comfortable. The communication with Tea was easy and smooth. The location is great, close to everything - ski lift, ski rentals, cafes, restaurants, markets. I strongly recommend Tea's apartment.

Svetlana's apartment is Very cozy with all the required amenities! There was even free hand soap, dish shop, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets and more! Also, Svetlana was attentive and helped with whatever was needed and she was also fair and let me do a late checkout although she could have just taken the money for an extra night (it was already paid for). Thank you, I recommend.

This apartment is exactly as pictured—cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The location is within walking distance to the ski lift, supermarkets and restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Gvantsa was kind enough to agree to my request for a couple of extra hours during check-out. Highly recommend for a perfect ski getaway!

Big spacious apartment right next to the ski slopes so you can just step out and hit the pistes Has a nice restaurant in the basement of the building and a supermarket is just about 10 mins easy walk. One room has an attached bathroom and the other two are common. Bathroom at the ground level does not have shower but that wasn’t an issue with us. Overall a fabulous host and a great place. Stay at Marinas guesthouse was wonderful. The area is very quite and views are outstanding. Place is very clean and comfy. Marina everyday asking is everything fine and she is always ready to answer all questions. If you want work from there, there is fast and stable internet connection ideally for remote work. One little minus for very thin walls so when other guests have little party it might be noisy. But I recommend it for all :)

During the snow, the cottage was something out of the movies! It is absolutely magical with a large yard that gets covered in snow while being surrounded by huge snow-topped mountains. The cottage itself is wonderfully equipped with everything one might need and it was a joy to stay in. The man who checked us in and out (sorry I forgot your name) was FANTASTIC and very helpful. At first, he seemed a bit aggressive in chat, but when we met him, we understood that the translation makes it seem so. In reality, he was lovely, kind, funny and very welcoming! Thank you both for the amazing stay! P.S if you are coming in snow season, please note that there are no tracks or paths for you to take a car inside. We got stuck in snow twice as everywhere was snow-covered and we fell into 2 ditches.

Very good location, you can easy hike to the church. The owner was very friendly and also the whole family welcomed us like a part of the family. Very child friendly also, as we were with our 1,5 years old son.

The room is very clean and tidy, the host is very responsive, I recommend it to friends who come here to play ~

Magda was a brilliant host! She was very communicative and tried to accommodate our requests the best she could. We wanted to check in earlier and she managed to sort something out. The location itself is perfect - very easy for cars to get to and it’s next to the bars, spar and the ski rentals/lifts. The swing can get in the way but you can detach it and clip it back in whenever you need.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is incredibly cozy, with a stunning panoramic view from the window. The mattress is super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, making it easy to cook meals at home. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main ski lift and the best restaurants in New Gudauri. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and peaceful area, about 500 meters away from the bustling spots, which makes it an ideal place to relax. One of the best features is the cozy little sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or snowboarding. The apartment is warm and well-heated, and there’s plenty of hot water—everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. If I return to Gudauri, I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it.

Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

I had the most incredible stay at this chalet in Gudauri! The location is absolutely perfect—literally just steps from the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing right from the doorstep. The chalet itself is beautifully designed with modern amenities and cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The living room has a stunning view of the mountains, and the large windows let in so much natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals after a day on the slopes. Our host was exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and very helpful with local recommendations. The entire experience was seamless, from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a ski-in, ski-out experience with a touch of luxury and comfort, this is the place! I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

The flat is bigger than the majority of accomodations in Gudauri. It is clean, well organised and the position is simply excellent. A real ski in ski out option, close to slopes, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Tamar is super kind and helpful. Highly reccomended!
