Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Stepantsminda

We enjoyed our stay at Tea's apartment, it is clean and comfortable. The communication with Tea was easy and smooth. The location is great, close to everything - ski lift, ski rentals, cafes, restaurants, markets. I strongly recommend Tea's apartment.

Shalva's place location is ideal to access Gondola, it has a ski storage and the supermarket is right there which is also very convenient, which made our stay very smooth. Shalva has been supportive from the beginning till we checked out. The bed was also comfortable. We did not cook much at the apartment but it seemed the kitchen had everything you would need. Nice view from the balcony! Thank you Shalva.

This apartment is exactly as pictured—cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The location is within walking distance to the ski lift, supermarkets and restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Gvantsa was kind enough to agree to my request for a couple of extra hours during check-out. Highly recommend for a perfect ski getaway!

Big spacious apartment right next to the ski slopes so you can just step out and hit the pistes Has a nice restaurant in the basement of the building and a supermarket is just about 10 mins easy walk. One room has an attached bathroom and the other two are common. Bathroom at the ground level does not have shower but that wasn’t an issue with us. Overall a fabulous host and a great place. Thanks Benito for all your help and making our stay special.

Perfect cozy apartment , very near to ski place and well equipped

The space exceeded our expectations. The apartment has everything you need and even more: all the necessary utensils, dishwasher and tablets for it, shoe dryer, washing machine with drying mode, hairdryer, iron... Great view from the window! Very cozy and clean. Quiet neighborhood, even during the New Year's holidays it was quiet! Irina is very responsive! Value 10/10!!! The hotel opposite has a restaurant. There was never a problem with parking. Irina, thank you very much!

Good apartment very close to gondola and ski infrastructure, host was helpful and our stay was nice.

Stay at Marinas guesthouse was wonderful. The area is very quite and views are outstanding. Place is very clean and comfy. Marina everyday asking is everything fine and she is always ready to answer all questions. If you want work from there, there is fast and stable internet connection ideally for remote work. One little minus for very thin walls so when other guests have little party it might be noisy. But I recommend it for all :)

Very good location, you can easy hike to the church. The owner was very friendly and also the whole family welcomed us like a part of the family. Very child friendly also, as we were with our 1,5 years old son.

Natalia welcomed us so well! She prepared tea and snacks for us and gave us from her home-made compote! She was amazing. It was a very last minute booking and she came to get us so she can lead us straight to the house! Her kids are also very sweet. And you cannot find a better price in the area! This is a lovely room. The house has a nice garden with views of Mt Kazbeg. The breakfast - which is an extra 15 lari - was very good and the host was very friendly.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is incredibly cozy, with a stunning panoramic view from the window. The mattress is super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, making it easy to cook meals at home. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main ski lift and the best restaurants in New Gudauri. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and peaceful area, about 500 meters away from the bustling spots, which makes it an ideal place to relax. One of the best features is the cozy little sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or snowboarding. The apartment is warm and well-heated, and there’s plenty of hot water—everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. If I return to Gudauri, I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it.

Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

I had the most incredible stay at this chalet in Gudauri! The location is absolutely perfect—literally just steps from the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing right from the doorstep. The chalet itself is beautifully designed with modern amenities and cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The living room has a stunning view of the mountains, and the large windows let in so much natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals after a day on the slopes. Our host was exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and very helpful with local recommendations. The entire experience was seamless, from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a ski-in, ski-out experience with a touch of luxury and comfort, this is the place! I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

The flat is bigger than the majority of accomodations in Gudauri. It is clean, well organised and the position is simply excellent. A real ski in ski out option, close to slopes, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Tamar is super kind and helpful. Highly reccomended!
