Apartment holiday rentals in Stockholm Municipality

Simon’s place was extremely well located, close to many shops, restaurants and bars as well as convenient bus lines and the metro. There’s even a very very nice kids playground right across the street if you’re traveling with your little ones. The apartment itself is compact but fictional. However you better not be claustrophobic if you plan to sleep on the top bed as you’ll have to legally crawl inside as it’s really close to the ceiling. It didn’t stop me from sleeping really well in it though (and I’m almost 2m tall). The only small downside is the kitchen, it’s fictional but all the storage for the pans and all is minimal and a bit cluttered. And there’s only two stools to eat at the table. Nonetheless it’s a very nice place to stay overall.

Monica’s place was amazing. Really cozy and private in a quiet and nice area plus it had it’s own parking space. The house has everything you need and plenty of space for a proper stay. Being in the middle of a school area, apart from the “rush hours” the whole neighborhood is a quiet and safe area. The host was really welcoming and helpful, always responsive and making sure everything runs OK. Definitely a 5/5 experience I even extended my stay for some days more. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you have to spend some days in Stockholm and you’re looking for a really good quality/price place to stay.

Great and cosy spot in an amazing location. High ceilings and great level of renovation and care put into the flat. The forms from the host are very strange. It’s outside of Airbnb and they ask private questions about you and whatever people you have joining you. They also state that they film people coming into the flat. It could be done in a much better way without the awkwardness.

Per is a friendly person. He responds quick and is helpful. The Airbnb was located in a nice area close to the mall and to transportation. Would recommend this place to others.

I spent six months living in Karl-Christer’s beautiful apartment and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The location is a perfect compromise between a calm picturesque neighborhood and really good connection to the city. The apartment is really well equipped and was a lovely place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay and cool offbeat location by the waterside and marina. Felt very welcome. Friendly hosts. Good access to the metro with frequent departures to central Stockholm. Slightly noisy from 1st floor and highway, but only with the windows open.

Listing matches the photos and description. Very cozy and pleasant: hot water, heating, functional amenities, good bedding and sauna as a bonus! Very quiet environment, in a residential area. 10 minutes walk to get to tram 12, alleparken stop, which leads directly to the metro on the same dock. You're in central Stockholm in 30 minutes. Anita and Hanna our hosts are very responsive and live above the property, which is very safe. Anita's hosting was very warm. She is remarkably kind and will be able to advise you for the best. We highly recommend it!

Astewaye was friendly and helpful to us, before and during our stay. The apartment was great, with lovely views of the garden. Having the generous size kitchen/living area was a good place to relax. Good connections to public transport too - although we didn't use the bus stop outside the house as it wasn't on a useful route to us, it was only a few minutes walk to other routes.

Daniel’s place was perfect for my friends and I to stay in during our trip to Stockholm. The place looked incredible and provided us with everything we needed. It was also right next to a metro station which made travel very easy. On top of that, Daniel was a great host and made sure we had the best stay possible.

Have a lovely week in Stockholm at New Year's Eve🥳! The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very beautiful, with small modern buildings, by the water and full of Christmas decor! The tram that serves the city center is a 2 min walk away, and there are all the shops around (Lidl, bottle store, cafes...). The apartment is very pleasant, well-equipped, cozy and the terrace is a plus. Nike is adorable and gave us plenty of tips. We will come back in the summer!

Lina’s place is absolutely lovely! She was communicative, and very accommodating in our request to come in earlier and stay later, we’re so grateful for that! Very nice and quiet neighborhood– we enjoyed some late afternoon sun in the park right behind the building. Would recommend this place to anyone and we thank Lina for her thoughtfulness and her amazing place ☀️

Delightful apartment in a great location! The host's instructions were clear, we were easily able to get there and get inside. The apartment is located in a busy area a minute from the metro, inside there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The design is amazing, it is a stylish and cool apartment to complement the experience of visiting Stockholm.

We had a great stay here in a quiet setting. Perfect for children with many playgrounds in the area and a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. In addition, the host had a large selection of toys that our one year old had a great time! Short distance by commuter train into the city. It was really nice to come here, clean and tidy. Very proper. Would love to come back here next time 😊

We had a great time at this apartment. The area is peacful and quiet. The metro station is nearby, and it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the center. I'd recommend Vanessa's place.

Very good two night stay as a family! Easy to find at a good distance from Djurgarden! In the center of Stockholm and in a quiet and green setting! Great for sports in the morning!

We had an amazing stay! My friends and I booked very last minute, but our host went above and beyond to get everything ready in time for our arrival. The house was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials — we even appreciated being able to use the spices in the cupboards. The location was super convenient and easy to get to, which made the whole experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!
