Villa holiday rentals in Stockholm Municipality

This is a great house and Måns was a great host. The accommodation was even better than you might expect from the description and pictures. Bedrooms are all a good size, the kitchen is large and well equipped, and the living spaces are very comfortable (including two terraces with great views over the lake). Måns was very communicative in advance of our arrival, with guidance for the house and the surrounding area. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, and he was very responsive and helpful. We didn't meet him, but he seems like a really nice guy (and his record collection is very cool 😁). The location is a bit more remote than we expected. This is great for some things - it is very quiet, and a swim in the lake was a great way to end a hot day - but if you don't have a car then you have a bit of a hike to do some shopping. We walked to Nacka Forum a few times (about 20 mins on foot), and then got a taxi back (if, like us, you don't speak Swedish, the easiest way is to ask the reception desk at Nacka Forum to call a taxi for you). Also, during our visit, the light rail was out of service due to a technical issue. This meant the only option to get in/out of the city was a longer walk to/from Storängen bus stop - it's a 15 minute walk, or you can do it in 10 at a push (the house is at the top of fairly steep hill, so it's a bit harder on the way back!). There are very frequent buses to/from Slussen, and the journey is only around 20 mins. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm.

Lovely house! Lovely garden! Quiet area where it is easy to get to bus and shopping. Everything was as it appeared in the photos, and communication with Patrik can't be put a finger on it. If we go to Stockholm again, we could easily book Patrick's house again.

What an amazing home! I had a great stay there, everything is very confortable and there is so much space. I also much enjoyed the beautiful garden.

We absolutely loved Maria's house! There was plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids (5 and 2 year old boys) and it was very cozy. They also had lots of children's toys that entertained our boys during our entire stay there. It is a quiet neighborhood with several playgrounds nearby. We recommend any family with small kids to stay here! Maria was very responsive and quickly answered all the questions and concerns we had during the stay. It was a comfortable stay and we'd love to stay there again in the near future.

We had a really lovely stay in this very well equipped, clean home. It's in a quiet location surrounded by lots of nature including a lake where you can go swimming! Its not too far from the city with a nearby bus route and train link taking you into the center.

We spent a wonderful week at Hanna's house. It has plenty of space and everything you need - in the kitchen, on the terrace etc. Our kids loved having small individual bed rooms. We spent the days mostly in Stockholm, you reach the train after about 15 min walking. After our return we normally swam in the wonderful lake with a nice swimming spot (you can even swim to a small island!) which is 10 min walking distance. Hanna gave us all information necessary and responded to our questions at very short notice. Full recommendation!

We had a really nice stay at mushkas place. Everything was exactly what we thought we were getting. Hopefully back again in December.

Jonas is an amazing host who met us at the house, showed us everything, and allowed us to use his beautiful pool. What a gorgeous home with lovely design and every comfort. Jonas was available throughout our stay as we asked questions. We felt so at home in this lush, quiet, comfortable setting. If you are visiting Stockholm this is a wonderful accommodation. Our stay at Johan's was incredible! We felt so at home in his lovely house. Johan was the perfect host, offering recommendations, quick responses to questions and making us feel welcome and accommodated. Highly recommend this place if you are wanting a peaceful setting in a lovely home!

Lovisa was a great host. She was easy to communicate with, gave us excellent local tips, and made us feel right at home. The bed was super comfy, and we loved waking up to the serenity of the place. There are bikes for kids that are free to use, which was a nice touch. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family stay. We will definitely be back!

Helena's house met our expectations in every way. It is located in a residential area, very nice and quiet. We even had the chance to spot a rabbit in the garden😊. Stockholm city center is very quickly accessible, the tram passes just down the street. We enjoyed the quality of the amenities, the space in the house and the neat decoration, with beautiful pieces of Scandinavian design. We also had a great time in the garden: morning coffee on the terrace, lunch in the sun and end of the day in the spa It's a very nice place that we recommend without reservation. Helena was always responsive and attentive to the comfort of our stay.

Per’s place was delightful. From the tasteful decor, to the large yard, trampoline, Sonos speakers everywhere (including some very nice Bang and Olufsen towers), spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use steam room, comfortable beds, abundant kid toys to share, and safe, convenient location… our entire stay was wonderful! We would happily stay here again and appreciated staying in a home that was clearly lovingly curated by the family that lives here and graciously shared with summer guests. Thank you again!

This house is just amazing! Such a great location, really nice view and super modern and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable! The pool was very pleasant. I would love to come back here with my family anytime. Frederika was extremely helpful as a hostess and very easy to reach! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood! It was clean and great place for our family to stay! The only thing I’d note is that the master bedroom does not have a door, which was a surprise to us.

We had a phenomenal stay at Jakob's house with pool in Stockholm. The location is great: quiet, but with shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and with good public transport to the center of Stockholm. The spacious house is furnished with great taste and style and is fully equipped. Everything was available in the kitchen, and the sound system and projector are awesome. Jakob is a great host, and he answered questions very quickly. We will be happy to come back to Stockholm, and very happy to come back to Jakob's house - thank you for everything!

We had a really lovely stay with Anna and Joakim. The house is located in very beautiful surroundings, which is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The pool was amazing and was used extensively by the whole family. The house is well located, a short distance to Stockholm. It is recommended to take the commuter boat, which is an easy and beautiful way to get to Stockholm.

We enjoyed it very much. The house is very nicely decorated, everything is very high quality. Especially the outdoor area invites you to sit outside. There are 2 living rooms so you always have privacy as a family. The pool was a bit too cold for us and not 30 degrees as stated. What to note: the family lives in this house only thought we were someone else in the house due to the shoes /car. It is very clean so that didn't bother us. Bed linen and towels are provided. The home was amazing and had everything we needed - we were a family of 4 occupying the upstairs and a family of 3 with a small baby occupying the big room downstairs, where there's also a sofa in the room, and one can put a crib. The grill, pool, trampoline, berry bushes, the children's hut and slides and toys in the backyard - everything was incredible to spend a lot of quality time in the home, enjoying the company of friends we haven't seen in a long while. The setting was perfect for us. House amenities are in great conditions and everything came with clear instructions of use. The area is a quiet residential spot, so not a lot to do right there, but the waterfront is about 30min away walking - where you can swim and kayak or just walk and see ducks and geese, and there's a train to city center 3 minutes from the home. all in all, we had an amazing stay and home to return again!

this is a house located in one of the affluent areas in the north of Stockholm. the house has a nice pool, sauna if you know how to operate one, and good outdoor deck with a great view. the house is well equipped with a modern kitchen, living room with a nice TV, and a dining room with a good view. I'd recommend this place for families and people wanting to work remotely, imagine taking a swim and sauna after a day at work! while the location is beautiful with nearby water and a forest and a golf course, getting to the city could be a drag for some people with a pure touristy mindset. it's a comfortable house and the hosts were welcoming and on top of our requests.

We rented the home with 5 people for a week. A nice, quiet area. The house itself is spacious and complete. We have enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool, wonderful. In 30 minutes you are in the middle of Stockholm, but in the area you can do and see more. We had a great week partly because of this home. With respect to the beds, Iveta had clearly indicated that the bunk bed had a smaller size, more for children. That was correct and was no problem for us. With six adults, I would discuss with Iveta. Incidentally, the communication with Iveta is very pleasant. She is very kind and quick to respond. As far as we are concerned, recommended.

Staying at Linda's and Erik's house was wonderful and very relaxing. We felt very comfortable and happy about the trust a landlord must have in his guests when he opens his self-inhabited house to strangers. We appreciated it.
