Apartment holiday rentals in Stresa

From August 18 to August 25, 2024, my wife and I were guests of Barbara's place in Arona. The property is located a hundred meters from a "French" supermarket, two hundred from the long lake, its promenade and the pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. Also nearby is boarding for excursions to nearby Angera and the train station. The apartment was as described in the listing and consists of an entrance, an air-conditioned living room, with a sofa, a double bedroom with a spacious closet, and a smaller room with another single bed. They complete a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories for preparing meals. For the above, for our absolutely positive experience, we highly recommend the apartment. Apt. Beautiful apartment very well equipped with ample parking . We particularly loved the kitchen with everything you need to make good dishes, as well as the 2 bathrooms for each large bedroom. We'll be happy to go back!

Our 4-night stay was very pleasant. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, as well as clean, and the host is very nice and helpful. The street on those who overlook is busy all day and is a little noisy at night. Despite this, the city of Sesto Calende has a pedestrian area on the lake, to be traveled absolutely.

We chose to spend a few days on the last of the year in this wonderful location, also to keep our two furry puppies out of the barrels and roam our two furry puppies. The choice was more accurate than ever, waking up the first of the year overlooking a breathtaking view of the lake was wonderful. Everything was perfect, nature, trails in the woods, tranquility and a cozy, warm, well-kept home, like staying at home. Sara was very kind to us, welcome 10 and praises! We will definitely be back

The apartment is located 300 meters from the downtown, it has an assigned parking space (very important) but you can walk for most necessities as there are restaurants, cafeterias and a supermarket in the vicinity. The building is new and highly functional. Will not disappoint. Ana is very responsive and has all kind of helpful tutorials to make the most of the apartment and the neighborhood. Thanks for an excellent stay.

We had a wonderful week at the apartment! The location is great, downtown. Everything was very neat and clean and communication with Manuel is also very fast and friendly. We'd love to come back!

Marco provided us with a place related to his descriptions, clean, well maintained, and equipped for a holiday apartment. Clear directions to access it, quiet area, easy walking distance to amenities. Price complies with what is provided. As far as we are concerned, consider a return.

We had a lovely break in Barbara’s pristine apartment. It is very spacious with all the amenities that you could need, modern kitchen and bathroom, dishwasher and washing machine. Brusimpiano is a lovely little town. Very peaceful area and friendly residents. There are plenty of great walks minutes from the apartment with different levels of difficulty. Our dogs absolutely loved it. There are also other pretty towns nearby to visit. Barbara is a fantastic hostess. Very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. She was also very flexible with check in and check out. She really is a very kind person. We really appreciated being allowed to bring our three dogs. Highly recommended!

Would stay here again when visiting Verbania. This was a last minute booking for us. I stayed with my children and felt very safe. Apt is on the ground floor. There is a general front door to get in which is locked with a code and the door to the apt which was through an office area was also locked with a code. This was convenient bc I did not need a key. There are bars on the windows so it felt safe even being on the ground floor. Host was perfect in every way. I texted her multiple times with random questions and she responded promptly.

Patrizia was very kind and responsive host. Her place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed our stay with her and would come back.

Maria’s place was very pretty and cozy. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Plus, Maria was a very nice host. She didn’t take long to respond and was always willing to help!

Modern and very clean house, a very pleasant and livable accommodation. In the heart of Varese, convenient to restaurants and take the pedestrian area. Responsive and present host. I highly recommend as a base to get around Switzerland or take a trip to the lakes.

The accommodation was perfect without exception. The location, the modern facilities and the outstanding view of the lake made our trip an experience. Fabrizio was super friendly and his son Lukas recommended very good restaurants in Milan. Even in October it is a good opportunity to switch off for a few days, we could use the jacuzzi at any time, even at 2 o'clock in the morning we sat in it and enjoyed the view with a glass of wine and a cigar. Thanks again to Fabrizio!

The surroundings with the view look very nice and the pools have delighted us. The path on foot from the village center is steep, with stairs faster but exhausting. But with very nice views. We loved the stay and the provider was accommodating with all the information we needed.

Tastefully furnished apartment, very functional and cared for in every aspect. Elena has accurately and professionally managed all phases of the reservation, access and communication. We felt right at home.

This hideaway on the slopes of Lago Maggiore is a fantastic find. Private, tranquil and gorgeous - with as main highlight the available jacuzzi. We had to keep the temperature of the jacuzzi down due to the heat, so it served us as a cooling spot during these hot days. Place is really great, feels a bit like an agriturismo. Fresh eggs from the hens, fresh zucchini and cucumber from the garden. Lovely company of both cats and dogs. The house has everything you need, including a well equiped kitchen and great bathroom. Host is really responsive. Overall 10/10!
