Beautiful apartment, very well-equipped with ample parking. We particularly liked the kitchen with everything you need to make good meals, as well as the 2 bathrooms for each large bedroom. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice apartment : it is quiet, spacious, comfortable and bright. Location is great too within a few steps to the lake. It is a great central spot to explore the lake and its surroundings. Shops and restaurants are plenty around the area. It was overall a very nice experience and we recommend this place.

Our 4-night stay was very pleasant. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, as well as clean, and the host is very nice and helpful. The street on those who overlook is busy all day and is a little noisy at night. Despite this, the city of Sesto Calende has a pedestrian area on the lake, to be traveled absolutely.

We chose to spend a few days on New Year's Eve in this wonderful location, also to keep our two furry puppies away from the noise and clamor. The choice was more spot-on than ever, waking up on New Year's Day overlooking a breathtaking view of the lake was wonderful. Everything was perfect, the nature, the paths in the woods, the tranquility and a cozy, warm, well-kept home, like being at home. Sara was very kind to us, 10/10 hospitality with honors! We will definitely be back

An unforgettable stay in a charming place! The interior is clean, bright, and well-furnished: perfect for solo travelers or couples. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, it allowed us to feel at home right away. The garden is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and very quiet: sitting outside to eat or simply read a book made our stay truly enjoyable. We had a lovely break in Barbara’s pristine apartment. It is very spacious with all the amenities that you could need, modern kitchen and bathroom, dishwasher and washing machine. Brusimpiano is a lovely little town. Very peaceful area and friendly residents. There are plenty of great walks minutes from the apartment with different levels of difficulty. Our dogs absolutely loved it. There are also other pretty towns nearby to visit. Barbara is a fantastic hostess. Very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. She was also very flexible with check in and check out. She really is a very kind person. We really appreciated being allowed to bring our three dogs. Highly recommended!

Convenient accommodation for early morning flights to Milan Malpensa. It has everything you need for a good night's sleep for 4. There is only 1 bedroom but it was not a concern for 1 night. The accommodation is in the industrial area so there's not much around but if you have a car it's not a problem. The accommodation is secured by an automatic barrier if you have to leave the car for a few days at this location. The transfer (for a fee) to and from the airport was much appreciated, especially for the 4.15 a.m. trip. Thank you very much. See you next time.

Would stay here again when visiting Verbania. This was a last minute booking for us. I stayed with my children and felt very safe. Apt is on the ground floor. There is a general front door to get in which is locked with a code and the door to the apt which was through an office area was also locked with a code. This was convenient bc I did not need a key. There are bars on the windows so it felt safe even being on the ground floor. Host was perfect in every way. I texted her multiple times with random questions and she responded promptly.

Niceapartment, renovated, clean, in a quiet area, a short walk from downtown. Upon arrival we also found a nice bottle of wine on the table, water, and a beer in the fridge... The house has everything you need. The only thing I would add is a double set of pillows for the bed (therewere 3 and we would have needed 4, two each. Patience...). Patrizia immediately responded to messages sent, making things easier for me. The cost of the place is good and competitive. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was perfect without exception. The location, the modern facilities and the outstanding view of the lake made our trip an experience. Fabrizio was super friendly and his son Lukas recommended very good restaurants in Milan. Even in October it is a good opportunity to switch off for a few days, we could use the jacuzzi at any time, even at 2 o'clock in the morning we sat in it and enjoyed the view with a glass of wine and a cigar. Very pleasant stay in this large, well-decorated and really functional accommodation! There were only 2 of us but it's very easy to be 4 without stepping on. Elena was very responsive and all self check-in instructions are clear. The walking distance to shops and the lakefront with lots of good restaurants are big assets. I would highly recommend this listing!

This hideaway on the slopes of Lago Maggiore is a fantastic find. Private, tranquil and gorgeous - with as main highlight the available jacuzzi. We had to keep the temperature of the jacuzzi down due to the heat, so it served us as a cooling spot during these hot days. Place is really great, feels a bit like an agriturismo. Fresh eggs from the hens, fresh zucchini and cucumber from the garden. Lovely company of both cats and dogs. The house has everything you need, including a well equiped kitchen and great bathroom. Host is really responsive. Overall 10/10!
