Cozy mini apartment (about 18 sqm) in the basement with natural light and your own bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, directly by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

In walking distance to the city center, in Stuttgart's Lehenviertel, this small room (14 m²), furnished according to the British model, is located in a guesthouse with a total of 6 rooms. It offers a high-quality double box spring bed, wardrobe, table and chair, "hospitality tray", a large flat screen TV and of course high-speed WiFi, as well as a modern, private small bathroom. Bright 46 sqm in-law overlooking the countryside. Access possible at any time via key box. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a bed in size 140 x 200 cm, in living room there is a sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed if needed. In the morning you will be served a wonderful breakfast served you. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine.
