Stylish 3 bed cottage minutes from the town & sea

We’ve successfully rented our holiday home for many years. Perfectly placed for town & beach but tucked away from the main roads and ideal to explore southwold. We have a sunny courtyard with bbq & seating area where you can also park your car. The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with zip n link king bed, a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels with en-suite, & separate family bathroom.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Once the site office for the builders of this row of Victorian town houses, this is now a delightful and characterful holiday home. We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

kingfisher Studio, great location & Dog Heaven!

The kingfisher Studio is one of two accommodations on site. The other being the Hare’s retreat ( not in view of each other) The Kingfisher has independent access and garden area. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the historical town of Bury St Edmunds. Surrounded by countryside, we have approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a double bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen/diner living room with a sofa bed.

Pretty cottage set within the Butley Priory Estate

Relax in this calm, stylish cottage with its home from home feel... Recently refurbished with great care and attention to detail, Paddy’s Cottage is a charming holiday cottage for short stays and weekend breaks. Probably the coolest bedroom (and kitchen!) in Suffolk. Vintage Airstream based in an idyllic location, off the beaten track. New for this season. Come and stay in our lovely Airstream where you can enjoy a wonderful glamping experience. The Airstream decked out with luscious fabrics for a wonderfully cosy, intimate feel has a cool outdoor kitchen and loo a few steps away across the garden. All set in beautiful grounds, its unique!
