Chalet holiday rentals in Suffolk

Very peaceful stay , Andrea has allowed for the less prepared , and supplied every you might have forgot or not thought about, along with a honesty box. We always come prepared so not needed but impressed with her planning The weather was perfect and there are some great walks near by along with a 7.5 mile circular walk right on the door step. Great WiFi and plenty channels on a good TV we used the apps for our normal viewing on the evenings while there. There is a local butchers across the road that did a fantastic pork pie although we bought 2 Ribeye and 2 sirloin stakes and unfortunately they were very poor with little flavour which is a shame Great location and home plenty space to park and a great way to recharge

Reallly lovely chalet. Felt right at home. Raymonds instructions on how to find the chalet were spot on. He was contactable throughout the stay (though we didnt really need to). Lovely location - right on the beach. Everything you could need in the chalet and a very big thing for me.. it was very clean. Thankyou for a great stay.. we would recommended

What a great place to stay; very rural but close to the small towns and villages. Immaculately clean, very well equipped with everything one could need. The enclosed outdoor space was great, especially for our two dogs. Communication with Penny was excellent , she's the perfect host. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our visit very much.

Just arrived home after great little stay with the family at Janice’a place Very tidy place and nice clean and peaceful if your looking for nice get away Janice was very helpful also upon arrival there was nice little welcome pack with fresh milk biscuits etc waiting for us to Highly recommend to stop here and hope to be back again soon ☺️

Lovely chalet, very nice decor, clean and bonus having TVs in bedrooms. Great location in walking distance to park, broads and Carlton marshes. Nice to have swimming pool available on the site.

Beautiful. Perfect. Tranquil surroundings. Extremely comfortable. Every amenity. In spotless condition. Just yards from the lovely marina and the restaurant where theres plenty of wifi even if youre outside sat in your car. Brought our own cork screw with us. Easy access to the Broads and the historic country homes. Just a few miles from Kessingland Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Very kind and generous owner. Easy lockbox entry. Superb private porch and elegant decking area. Peaceful and quiet location. Brand new bedding. Heaps of towels. Cosy. Spacious. Thank you!

Thank you for a peaceful escape. An excellent host who very easy to contact and very helpful when needed. Chalet exactly as described and a great location for exploring Oulton Broad and Lowestoft.

Janice made us feel very welcome with a generous hamper upon our arrival. There were lots of thoughtful extras, tea, coffee and milk as well as extra towels, pillows and blankets. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this lovely holiday home. Thank you.

Debbie was a great host, very quick to respond to any messages. The property had everything we needed, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and nice outside seating space. The site has a lovely clubhouse where we enjoyed great food, we also enjoyed food at the pub and chinese which are both just across the road! Lol As is a lovely little village shop that stocks everything you could think of!

We had a 2 night stay the caravan was located with a sea view and i enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore . The caravan was spotlessly clean with bedding and towels included. The kitchen had everything including a coffee machine . An enjoyable stay with plenty to amuse in Gt Yarmouth. Would recommend.

we loved our second stay at Kevin and Eve's. The chalet is comfortable and had everything we needed and is such good value. The beach is a minute's walk away and just beautiful. we had lovely sunshine all 3 days we were there. it was amazing to see the seals at Horsey Gap. Thank you Kevin and Eve. Joanne

A couple of days by the seaside was what we wanted and the chalet fitted the bill perfectly. The chalet is bijou but perfect for the 3 of us. Location a stones throw away from the sprawling beach a winner and perfect for the dog. Best fish and chips over the road at Beach Fish & Chips and a lovely pint in The Sailors Home. So easy to get to both Lowestoft and Southwold. Will definitely return.

What a place for relaxing. The view was just wonderful but it didn't stop there. Walking routes in all directions on your doorstep. We didn't get in the car for four days. We walked to Woodbridge and had lunch at Marlowe's which was exceptional . A good mooch around the shops then a taxi back (rank at the train station) costing £12, the walk to Newbourne allowed us to spend the afternoon in The Fox beer garden including a delicious lunch. We spent evenings at The Maybush pub which again served good pub food or we stayed in playing some of the board games supplied. We felt thoroughly relaxed when we left and Carolyn was a great host. We will be recommending to friends!

Long weekend break in Easter holidays with our teenage son. Spotlessly clean, modern chalet with all kitchen requirements supplied. Stones throw from the beach, 8 mins from Africa Alive zoo (great day out) fun day with cousins in Southwold, crabbing in Wharberswick on way home followed by shopping in Aldeborough. Sun shone throughout apart from Sunday evening when we were happy to watch tv snug and warm in the lovely chalet. Tv remote needed new batteries but even this had been thought of and were in cupboard so no problem. Will happily return.
