Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

The in-law is newly furnished and it has a separate entrance. The location is very and right near the Neckar Valley. Play facilities for children (Max. 2) offers a large garden around the house. Barbecue can be done upon request. Lockable rooms are available for cyclists. In Sulz a.N. (2 km) there are some recreational opportunities, e.g. an outdoor swimming pool, ice cream parlors, café, bicycle and hiking trails, Schlosscafe and Heimatmuseum in Glatt as well as mini golf.

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of our quaint half-timbered house anno 1890. The small town of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the lark's nest: the natural garden, 2 wild tomcats, 2 funny goats, 3 exploratory chickens, 4 relaxed turtles and a cuddly bitch.
