Very satisfied! I recommend! Here are more details: The hotel is clean and good for the kids. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment could have been better cleaned (I'm not the only one who mentioned it) sand, dust...and no TV. If not, beach games and umbrellas available very convenient! Words cannot describe how beautiful Dimitri’s villa is. Two families with two 5 year olds, had an amazing time and Dimitri’s communication was second to none. It really is a SLICE OF HEAVEN.

We want to thank Tatiana for possibility to stay at her place. We spent a fantastic week in an apartment with almost private swimming pool which is almost at your terrace. Communication was perfect, even there was a small misunderstanding with cleaning, but it proved how honest person she is. We arrived very, very early – received a key before cleaning and we received a return as we cleaned by ourselves. It was the first time we finally paid less… In other places we sometimes had to pay more, payments which were not informed to us before arrival. The place itself is very quiet, however there is a restaurant with live music etc.. It is located 1.5 km from the village with shops, etc. The distance to the sea is 8 km. Konrad

The appartement is close to the beach, an using the pool of the Barcélo is included in the price, so we went swimming every day wherever we wanted. Fantastic.

Excellent host. The apartment is located between Flower Street and Nessebar. Beach less than 10 minutes walk. Apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Pool /Jacuzzi/ bistro area very good. Lots of local restaurants and supermarkets that are cheaper than the Flower Street area. Can walk everywhere or there are local buses, mini trains, horse and cart to get about. You can even go on day trips via the bus to other towns. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.

The apartment is on the 7th floor in the G block of Barcelo Hotel. Two rooms, a little tired already, but it didn't cause us any problem. There is nothing in the apartment, even a sponge for washing dishes, so you need to keep in mind that you will have to buy everything, in the literal sense of the word. There are enough dishes, glasses, plates, spoons , forks, cooking utensils. Of course, there was a lack of a washing machine, but this issue can be resolved. Separately, I want to note the balcony , we spent there all the time that we were in the apartment. Breakfast with a partial view of the sea and the Nemebr. Of the disadvantages, I will note the sofa in the living room, we were 3 adults and someone had to sleep on this sofa. And it's almost impossible to sleep on it (( Overall everything was great! The host is always available, responds promptly, prompts something if necessary. The location is perfect! In the very center. It is quite noisy at night, as young people walk until 4, or even before 7 in the morning )

Good apartments for resting with children, next to the front pool, the whole territory is guarded, strangers do not go. Children quietly walk all over the huge area of Fort Knox, playgrounds, water slides, sports grounds, barbecue area. We relaxed in mid-July, the sea is warm, clean.

Quiet. Peaceful. Clean pool. Responsive Host. Easy check-in. Everything is like home.

Good value for money. Amazing kitchen equipment, and a great yard . The only small disadvantage was that the water in the area is not really clean which makes washing the dishes a bit challenging. Other than that, the place was very clean.

Very nice place, close to the sea, groceries, easy to find parking. Everything as described. Me and my mum was happy to spend our weekends there. Ulian is a great host, would highly recommend him=)

My family had a great opportunity to stay at Chavdar apartments. The host helped us with the transfer, despite the fact that we were a little lost , Chavdar quickly oriented and found us. The apartments are equipped with everything you need in the description, even more. I want to note comfortable beds and pillows, which is very important for a good night's sleep. Very close to the sea, my little daughter (2.5 years) with pleasure, walked on her own. There are also many shops, pharmacies, a public transport stop, a stop of a tour train that follows to the old town of Nessebar. Friendly, attentive, friendly hosts! I am very happy that I chose this apartment, I was able to meet such good people. That's a special thanks for your support!

Greg,,s place ad evwrything to help us feel comfortable. the kitchen is well equped, the balcony is spacious. Te complex is excellent, the pool is big and clean. Thr beach is a stairway away.. All guests have access to tje facilities of Premier fort complex with the restauranrs, water slides and the activitoes for keeping da and nparents each evening. I recommend.

Mostly 5 stars, Martin is friendly and very helpful person and always available to contact. Maybe there are some minor inconveniences, the apts pretty small, it's ok for week or two, but still may not enough for family of three people. And it's pretty far from the sea, not very convenient to pass through the road every time. But the pool is good and always working, so you can always swim on it.

We had the best time in Angelina's place. The house is very peaceful and full of character. The garden is huge and has many corners for relaxation. Close by are some of the wildest beaches on the bulgarian Black Sea.

We lived in this apartment for 12 days. Everything was just wonderful: both the apartment itself and the residential complex.

as soon as you arrive at Joanna's you feel right at home, the place is clean with all amenities, the pool is right outside and you could cone empty handed and still have everything for a beach vacation. thank you for receiving us a 3rd time!

I wanted to write a rewie the minute we came because the apartment has everything for a big family like us. The apartment is so big that our kids have played hide and seek for 2 hours :)) which gave us time to unpack :) kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking. The view was amazing. Close to the beach which is supercozy. Part of the beach with sunbeds (40levas for 2) and the other part without which we preferred. Close to the small supermarkets and 10min walk to the bigger one on the mainstreet. And the pool. Aaaaaw, the pool. amazing, clean. Just not for small kids that dont swimm. Krasimir was so nice, we got welcome bottle of tasty wine, kids got chocolate. check-in and check-out easy. thank you for the lovely stay and see you next time!

We are a couple 70+. We stayed in Andrey's apartment during the first two weeks of September. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, all the necessary amenities were in place, worked well and the manual that Andrey put together was very helpful. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Nobody used the pool. We used it once. The water was clean. A slow walk to the beach took exactly 5 min. The close by food store was 3 min away as well as a large public parking. We cooked at home and have no opinion on restaurants. Andrey is a friendly and responsive host, promptly answered all our questions and gave useful suggestions. Overall everything was very good.

We want to say thank you very much to the hostess of this cozy apartment for our full rest. Everything was just great. Larissa is a responsible and attentive person. Very promptly resolves all issues and gives very useful recommendations. The first impression of the space that was really waiting for us. Perfect cleanliness, has everything you need, and even a little more, like a small library. The location is very convenient. There are several supermarkets within walking distance, and there is a 7-8 minute walk to the local grandmarket. The nearest beach is even closer. In the courtyard of the residential complex there is a swimming pool with sunbeds, but we somehow prefer sea water more. And another wonderful feature of this property is the terrace with a view of the mountains, where it is very pleasant to meet or see off the sunrises, drink the local Pino Grigio with juicy peaches and make plans for the future. Now we know exactly where to spend your holiday in Bulgaria.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Victor's house. The resort is beautiful, and the gardens are very well kept. The terrace has a great view of the sea. The many pools surrounding the house and beach within less than a 5-minute walk were so convenient and offered many relaxing options throughout the day. There are several restaurants, a beach shop, a playground and a supermarket in the resort. Communication with Victor was very easy before and during our stay and he was very helpful. The house itself was very clean and easily accommodated our family of 5 with extra beds to spare. The house was well equipped with everything that you would need (e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). Having a car made it easy to travel to nearby towns and places of interest (e.g. Nessebar, Sozopol, Varna, Burgas). I would recommend Victor's house to anyone wanting to spend some time relaxing on the Black Sea!
