Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sunny Beach

Everything was great. All the questions about living were not only resolved quickly.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Irina was a great host. Very easy to communicate and in top location.

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. Great spacious place with flexible check-in time (only a a couple places in the area had this option). I didn't have any special requests apart from a later check-out time and the host (Daria) was responsive.

Very nice accommodation for 1, max 2 people in cozy small apartment. The apartment has everything a person needs, including very fast internet, which will delight especially working travelers. Part of the complex is also a beautiful large pool, which paradoxically almost no one used and was still available. Based on the price of my stay, this is the best deal in the area for me. If you're looking for something cheap, I definitely recommend it.

I'm very happy with my choice to stay in this studio. New, spotless, great wi-fi, and mostly impeccable communication with the studio manager! Recommend unreservedly!

We had a great stay at Daniel's appartment. It was comfortable and very clean with a large balkony. The well equipped kitchen was spotless. Daniel is a very friendly and helpful, host who speaks perfect english.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

Had a great 15 day stay at this penthouse apartment. Great balcony all round the property so sun or shade available. Spacious with a/c, washing machine, WiFi & TV. Absolute bonus of inflatable bed to sleep under the stars. Easy access to buses either upto Flower St or down to Nessebar, saves half hour walk! Great host, good comms. Overall a brilliant base for our holiday

Great accommodation complex on the border of Nessebar and Ravda! Beautiful place and small apartment offering the necessary amenities to make you feel at home! The atmosphere created by Katerina, the official hostess of this apartment, is something she can't help but impress. Colorful, cozy, with walls dotted with pictures and paintings... It's like you're walking in and someone starts telling you a story! It was a very nice week break for our family of three! I'm glad we picked the right place!

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).
