Very nice real estate property with a large intra muros garden in the city of ST MARTIN Host are very kind and communication is ideal Located in an enclosure so away from traffic which is very pleasant for a quiet stay and very close to all activities St MARTIN is the ideal epicenter for all bike rides as well as being the city with the FLEET that is the liveliest out of season in summary: perfect stay, time has stopped Thanks to KARINA and YANNICK

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The description is completely in line with reality and the welcome is managed efficiently, allowing you to make the most of a great holiday. Contact with the owners is easy and pleasant, we recommend without hesitation!

We stayed with 4 friends with our respective children. The area was nice, the time was there; we had a great vacation thanks to Serge and his wife. Clean and comfortable space, well-maintained pool and jacuzzi. The small meals prepared by Serge and his wife were a real treat. A little extra for Serge's kindness and little tips for the cool places around the area.

The accommodation is in a great location and impeccably clean. The bedding is very comfortable and the studio is very well equipped. Martine and Eric are very nice and know the island perfectly. We had a great time there.

We were 8 and we all agree that we had a wonderful stay Lo accommodation offered by Arnaud was up to our expectations (spa\pool\pond) and a spotless house and a peaceful place to recharge Arnaud listened and asked us several times how our stay went Would recommend 100% We'll go back volontier.

Perfect for a beach getaway The house is right behind the dunes and is close to the village center, where you can shop for everything. You do not need a car to get maximum rest. We will be happy to return in the next one!

Thomas and Sabrina's house is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops / restaurants / casino It's really a central place between Royan (center) and Saint Palais, Palmyra, etc. Many activities and walks close by. The house itself is a small house but perfectly arranged and pleasant, it is quiet and no parking problems. All at a very reasonable rate for those who know how nice and in-demand this area is! In addition, both Sabrina and Thomas were very responsive and friendly in our exchanges. I will find it without hesitation.

We had a lovely week at Patricia and Joël's place. The cottage is superb with its garden and pool. Patricia and Joël are charming and very welcoming. An address to keep precious.

We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Philippe is an outstanding host. Before we arrived, he answered all our questions very quickly. The welcome was warm (with a cool bottle waiting for us). We enjoyed the time he spent giving us recommendations. The house was perfect for our needs, secure, we always left the car open because there is a gate. Our stay was peaceful, we had planned activities that we canceled in the end because it felt like home. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We'll be happy to come back. We had such a relaxing time in this beautiful place. All amenities exceed our expectations and the place was superb for exploring the surroundings by bike or by foot. All rooms were modern and spotless. Kitchen has all you need. Nice and clean pool maintained professionally. We felt very safe here and would love to return.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊
