A dream come true! Surrounded by a large lot, the house is spacious and well appointed. We felt right at home. The pool was very appreciated by young and old. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Fiber internet connection that has enabled efficient remote work with others.

We had a fantastic holiday here in Toby's house in October. The location is fantastic and we were at the beach every day. The shops and market in the village are also close and have everything you need. The house was great for our group, it is just like the photos and a cozy beachside house four our autumn holiday. The house was spotless, the beds really comfortable and the living areas great for relaxing after our time in the water. Thanks so much for hosting us, we'll be back for sure!

Florence and Christophe are very responsive hosts. The accommodation is as described,close to the beach ,shops and a small market. We had a great stay with four of us (2 adults and 2 children). Perfect for this setup,there shouldn't be more. The residence is quiet at this time of year.

Very well located, quiet and peaceful accommodation for relaxation. A beautiful pool and a beautiful wooded garden complete this property, very nice to eat outside. Hosts are always available and responsive in the field. Very nice place that we highly recommend.

Very nice place a few hundred meters from the Sèvre Niortaise. While traveling for work, I was still able to enjoy this beautiful setting. The accommodation is welcoming and impeccable, I recommend it.

Vanessa’s home is extremely intimate, the house has been in the family for generations. But the renovation makes staying there a dream. There’s are so many personal and special touches. The bedrooms and bathrooms are charming and efficient. There is lots of hot water and water pressure. The sinks and showers are big enough to feel luxurious. The kitchen is so well supplied you know their family enjoy it. The location is superb, both central and private. Having a laundry was great. And Ile d’Aix is an out of this world wonderland.

We had a great time at this house! Very clean, well-equipped and perfectly functional, it met our expectations in every way. Conveniently located, it is close to all amenities, making it easy to get around and sightseeing. Sylvie was very clear in her instructions for taking possession of the premises and very responsive throughout the stay which made our experience even more enjoyable. We would recommend it without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

We had a great weekend at Sarah's place. The house is very nice, located in a very well kept private residence. 5 minutes walk from the beach and just 10 minutes from the village... the location is ideal, easy parking, very quiet environment. A very welcoming and very pleasant family home. A huge garden and very well kept. We had a very good family stay. There was everything that needed for both adults and children, between books, board games, outdoor games and the famous foosball table... A big thank you to Isabelle for her warm welcome and availability.
