Holiday rentals in Sweet Home

We booked this for a family reunion we attend in the area every two years and we filled the houses with three generations of cousins, siblings and spouses. We had a great time and the setup of the houses and rooms were perfect for us. We have already said we plan to book in 2027 for the next reunion. Thanks for the hospitality and beautiful place!

This was a surprise trip for my fiancé. We both love being outside and this place provided! We loved that it’s a treehouse! Not like a lot of the over-glorified glamping ones. The one that you’ve always imagined growing up, but it had everything and more. We appreciated all the small details playfully placed everywhere. The outdoor shower and cowboy hottub were the highlight of our trip. Just be aware that you may hear some road noise in the distance, but you’ll get used to it. For those who may have gotten caught up in growing up in a fast-paced and demanding society that stole your identity, this is the perfect place that will help you rediscover and feed your inner child. Well it did for this retired Army combat medic. This WAS initially for my fiancé but I think we both were able to sink in and enjoy it together. The place has a natural way of doing that. If you’re looking for a beautiful view that is peaceful, on the river, look no further. Absolutely gorgeous scenery, well kept open yard and garden areas, along with wildlife and fishing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the host was extremely accommodating, super nice in every way, we couldn’t have asked for better service. The covered porch/deck area in the back was wonderful, looking down onto an expansive, green grass yard with mature trees, and a clear view of the river. We will definitely be back! Many thanks!

I was in town for a charity event and needed a convenient location for me and two other work friends. Tyler’s place checked all of our boxes. A beautiful home in a serene location. Every now and then, life offers you a place that feels like it exists outside of time, this ranch in Cat Spring is exactly that. Pristine, peaceful, and beautifully untouched, it’s a sanctuary for the soul. The fishing was rewarding, the land felt sacred in its stillness, and the host welcomed us with genuine warmth. In a world that rarely slows down, this is a rare pocket of calm where you can breathe deeply, reconnect, and remember what matters. My wife and I first discovered this place through a YouTube video Jon B shared, and the moment we saw it, we knew we had to go. Experiencing it in person was even more meaningful than we imagined. I’ll carry this trip with me and without a doubt, I’ll be back. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! We stayed for the weekend of my wedding with my bridesmaids and I and Alamo was so quick to accommodate for us, great at communicating, and eager to host us! We really loved the property and found it the perfect place to get ready for my wedding! Would definitely recommend to anyone or stay again in the future!
