Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Tân Phú

I've spent two weeks at Tonee's: I wanted a place that was central, but not too chaotic and noisy as it can happen in D1. The room was minimal, but had all the comforts I needed and a great wifi connection: most important thing for me as a digital nomad. In conclusion: Tonee's place was perfect for my needs and I am very satisfied. Tonee has been always very kind and she even invited me to have dinner with her family which I've greatly appreciated!

We can highly recommend Hoang's accommodation: We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at Room 4, as well as Room 1. Both rooms were clean, tidy and suited us very well. It had all what we needed, included laundry detergent for the washing machine. Although there is a small cocktail bar at the ground floor, the music could hardly been heard from the rooms. As we travelled with backpacks, the steep and narrow staircase didn't bother us. The location is the best; just two-minute walk to Notre Dame Church and many other landmarks easy to reach by foot. Hoang is super friendly, helpful and proactive. We have already booked our next stay at Hoangs place.

I am very satisfied in my business trip this time when renting this apartment. I highly recommend it for everyone to rent. The apartment was clean, tidy, very airy and nicely furnished. The hostess is very enthusiastic and cute, very detailed instructions. I was busy with work to check in at 2am but she was still very happy, supported me a lot even though it was late.

Very good place. If you come next December, you will see from the balcony the celebrations of the new year! Gym and swimming pool are very good and the area is quiet. Bus to downtown is very close. Very good value for money.

This is my 2nd time staying here. I could tell that Khai and his team do read the reviews, listen for feedback, and strive for improvements. Very friendly and accommodating host. Location can’t be beat as it is close to the airport and very private and secured. I feel safe at all times while staying here. Highly recommended!
