House holiday rentals in Tân Phú

Host is very helpful and responsive for any questions you have. It’s my first time booking in Airbnb and having them as hosts made this experience great. I travelled with my family and host was easy to communicate with since we had to check in late and check out early due to flight schedules. They also provided recommendations even though we did not book a tour. The place is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of D1. Close to family mart, there’s a food place at the end of the street, there’s a coffee and art shop nearby, and a few other coffee shops near either ends of the street. Will definitely book here again.

I loved this stay. The house was very clean, and the host provided free drinking water, instant coffee, tea, toiletries, and even a washing machine. I especially loved the porch area with a clothesline to dry laundry, making it super convenient to hang clothes after washing them. The weather in Vietnam can be hot, but luckily the house had air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, so it was very comfortable. There was also hot water for showers, but be sure to ask the host how to turn it on. The cohost was fantastic—she replied almost immediately to any questions I had, and communication was smooth since she speaks Vietnamese, Cantonese, and English. The location is great—there’s a local market nearby, and a 10- to 20-minute drive will take you to Lotte Mart and Vạn Hạnh Mall. I mainly used Grab for transportation. Quick tip: if the driver can’t find the address, give them the alley number and street name instead of the house number.

My family and i had a very pleasant at Kay’s house. I was so impressed by the cleanliness, decoration’s detail of the whole house, super convenient that what you order the deliverer will just drop it at your door! Kay have very good taste for interior, the house is cosy and unique that make me truly feel like home. Kay also very responsive and always reply me anytime i have questions. The house have everything that we need for a family with baby, from extra towel to washing machine and dryer. Even neighbors are nice too! I highly recommend and would comeback again everytime i go to Ho Chi Minh 😊

This unit has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. There are two bedrooms with modern bathrooms. The beds were clean. There was enough space for our group of 7 people. Allen is a great host: very responsible and helpful. The house is within walking distance to many small restaurants and coffee places. We got great value for what we paid. Thank you!
