Located in the quiet and traditional residential neighborhood of the old Golf de Tandil , 15” from downtown. Living/dining room with fireplace, kitchenette , full bathroom and rooms with cold/heat air conditioning and gas heater. It has an L gallery with a ping pong table, metegol, Paraguayan hammocks and grill. We have volleyball court, shared pool with Guido's family and two bikes available for the corajudos ( Tandil has a lot of climbs). Very stocked pantry 2”.

The pool is enabled from December 10 to March 15. It has a double bed, two single beds, full kitchen and laundry.
