A great stay! We especially enjoyed the wood fired outdoor tub and seeing the stars at night. It also has a great view of Mt Ngauruhoe.

Stunning home and just amazing views of Acacia Bay. Very well appointed home. It was everything we were hoping for. It was a bit confusing getting to the house with directions given but we made it eventually. Maybe a clearer number at the property would help. Apart from that we loved the place.

Such a beautiful home with lots of character. Perfect spot for a few families and lots of room for the kids to run around outside. We loved our stay and will be back hopefully next snow season 😊

Sylvie’s house was an absolute dream!! Everything from the views, the decor, the location- it was all amazing. There were lots of little touches that made it feel like a really welcoming and comfortable home too (not a soulless holiday let), which made it even more special. Sylvie was incredibly warm, accommodating, and responsive- overall a really lovely host. Thank you for an amazing stay, we really hope to come back one day!

Lovely spot , great location with access to the lake, river walk, and easy drive 5 minute drive into Taupo. Well fenced for children and outside bath was a treat. Will be back again next time we visit Taupo

Lovely spot. We loved the friendly pigs and horse. Outdoor bath was also a real hit for everyone. About 20min drive to the shuttle depo for the timber trail

We had such memorable stay at Mary’s. Easy to find and so close to the lake. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable if felt like home. Mary gave us some great tips for local attractions and left us extra special treats just to make us feel welcome! Could not recommend highly enough.

We had a great weekend here for the Ironman event. The house was really convenient for the event (five minutes walk from the lake) and a short drive into town. The house is very retro, which we loved, and really comfy to be in. Great that it's pet friendly and our dog could roam around in the large, fully-fenced garden.

Lovely older holiday home in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees and next to the Tongariro river with walking/ biking tracks. Quiet location. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy home with everything you need. Decking at the front and back of the house. We went in summer and solarium was warm and the house remained nice and cool. Plenty of books and games supplied. Ideal for a family.

Beautiful location. Great house for our two family home holiday. Stayed in April and the heating was lovely. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Plenty of private areas if you needed space. Having access to the walking track by the lake was fantastic. House is starting to need some love but still a very lovely stay.

we absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to Two Mile Bay and town with the lake on your doorstep. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need including a great bbq. The shared pool and spa are excellent. We will be back as often as possible.

Amazing accommodation!!! Highly recommend. The property was clean and tidy and the amenities were top notch!! We had a great weekend and would book here again.

This is in an amazing location; only a block back from the lake, and the main bar/restaurant/shop area. It is part of a complex of apartments so security is good, and the communal pool is very inviting. Having a bathroom and an ensuite makes this a perfect choice for two couples, and the large deck with outdoor furniture and barbecue are great for summer breakfasts and dinners.

The house was big and spacious. I could recommend to change the beds, has smell. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Clear instructions on house walls. Lovely fire place.
