Holiday rentals with a patio in Te Kuiti

Wow! We were truly blown away by John and Lynne’s place. Super responsive hosts that were more than happy to help. The place is stunning! We really lucked out with this accommodation. The history of the building and the way it’s been renovated makes this such a cool space. Clean, private, spacious and very comfortable. Positioned perfectly to walk basically anywhere. We now have a place that we’d book again and again anytime we find ourselves in Te Awamutu. We highly recommend and will be sharing this with friends and family. It can be hard finding a nice place on Air BnB sometimes but we were really spoilt with this one!!! If you’re heading to Te Awamutu, you know where to stay.

The BEST Air Bnb I have ever stayed at!! It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has two sinks and a gorgeous walk in shower. The in unit washer/dryer is perfect for longer stays. Very peaceful location that is walking distance to Hamilton lake. Wayne is an AMAZING host and went above & beyond to make us feel at home! Highly recommend this Air Bnb.

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Loved our stay in Ian’s studio. We had meals on the balcony and soaked up some sunshine. The black out shades ensured a restful night’s sleep. Had helpful amenities including washer/dryer combo. Check in was a breeze. Lovely to meet Ian in person as we walked over to an exciting game of rugby together!

Had an 80th birthday to attend…so our stay felt very quick….will definitely book more than 1 night next time. Ticked every box and nothing I could add to improve. To sum it up was a beautiful experience.

Home away from home! Cozy, warm and clean. Bestest location for our event. Bestest communication from Sabina - very flexible, quick to reply and kind to deal with. No issues whatsoever other than the house is hot. We didnt need to sleep in blankets, we all slept in sheets and a fan was provided in each room which was absolutely needed and lovely. Downstairs shower was amazing loooovely pressure, didn’t shower upstairs so can’t give review. Loved the family board games. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely booked this house again. Fantastic space, very family friendly, great garden area, easy for couples or families with small children. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Raglan!

Steve’s place is awesome! The garden has a spectacular view of the lake. The house is accessible to the lake. This is the best airbnb I had so far!!!!

Everybody enjoyed the stay and it was exactly like described. Very nice and quiet location with a shop right across the street. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was spotless. Gavin let us check in early since we had an early morning flight, we really appreciated that. He even left us fresh fruit. We are very happy with the stay and would definitely recommend. This Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautifully renovated, with a modern and stylish feel that made it feel extra special. The beds were super comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The location was fantastic, with a ton of great restaurants nearby. Our host was incredibly sweet, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Having access to a garage was so convenient since we rented a car, it made parking a breeze. The place was spotless, which really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend!

The silos are beautiful and unique accommodation in raglan. Denise is a super friendly host who met me to let me in and she and her husband live downstairs so they’re available for support with anything that comes up. Denise was flexible about our chopping and changing arrangements which I always grateful for. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped (although we got takeaways), and the views are wonderful.

Fantastic apartment in a unique building, walkable to all of the restaurants and attractions in Raglan, while being more peaceful then places right in town. Denise was very communicative, and provided a lot of great local recommendations.

Very nice, clean and modern place to stay. very close to the town centre and beach. Definitely book here if I come to Raglan next time.

Great place to stay. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and everything we needed for the 2 nights. Being able to securely park our vehicle in the garage was a bonus. We Would happily recommend and stay again.
