Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Te Waipounamu / South Island

This property, furnishings, condition, location and view were all immaculate. We always try to find the best and this was easily the nicest property we’ve ever stayed in. This studio is perfect for two. You won’t find nicer. (Do be certain to re-read and follow the written instructions closely to find the property as you first arrive.)

I had a wonderful stay at Shai’s apartment! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had a calm, peaceful atmosphere that made for a relaxing retreat. The location was also perfect—right next door to a cozy corner restaurant with delicious food and a convenient store for any essentials you might need. It was quiet and peaceful, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Shai was a fantastic host, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay!

The flat is situated in a nice neighborhood (8-10 mins walk to town centre) and has an exceptional view! The flat was very clean and tidy and we love enjoying our meals on the balcony. One tidy point is that there were too many bugs flying into the room (maybe because the flat is so close to lakeside), but our experience was still fabulous.

These apartments were much more than we expected! It would have to be the best place I have ever booked on AirBNB. The location is very close to the main strip. Tiff in reception is super friendly, accomodating and very helpful with recommendations of restaurants and activities. This is a terrifically run business!

We had a beautiful and relaxing time at Anna and her husband’s place. They’ve created a little oasis to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Anna suggested plenty of activities to do on the peninsula, and a highlight was the bushwalk starting right on the property, winding through her beautifully curated garden. Thank you for letting us stay at your little jewel of a place!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was comfortable, close to transport and easily walkable to many places. Loved the backyard and the gardens and the kitchen blew me away at the number of items available. I typically look for salt, pepper and cooking oil when I go somewhere with a kitchen. Coffee and tea are nice. She has everything! Multiple teas and spices which certainly help in making the cooking more flavourful! Only a half hour walk to the ocean and esplanade, half hour walk to a major wholesale grocery store and a really great fruit and veg store just down the street. This was the perfect spot for us to stay. Thank you Rochelle for everything!

Lovely place with lovely hosts, recommend!!

Rosemary's home is a little oasis - beautiful views and garden. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was a bonus. There is a supermarket and great fish and chip shop in walking distance. Rosemary had good suggestions as to places to visit and eat. I enjoyed a meal at the Vic hotel in the town centre and an afternoon at Kaiterteri Beach. Rosemary is a welcoming host and I enjoyed our chats

Kiwi Greenie was the best place for a quiet weekend away from life. Lovely bike rides & beautiful waterfall walk all close by. Wee slice of paradise.

Highly recommend. Felt like home away from home, set in a beautiful garden with great outdoor space with decks, garden paths and the sound of a waterfall and the birds was relaxing. Very clean and tidy and well sized rooms for everyone with views and sun. Great kitchen and laundry facilities. We found it very central and would love to stay again. Nikki and Chris were fantastic hosts.
