Holiday rentals with a sauna in Te Waipounamu / South Island

TANYA was helpful and a good host clean apartment.only issue we had was water from shower has been coming out of the bathroom door ..we used towels to keep it dry. Else everything was nice and comfy.

We stayed here for over a month and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely ideal. It's tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, yet just a 5-minute walk to downtown Wanaka and the lake. It felt very private and peaceful, with no traffic noise, just the sound of the little stream/brook, which we could see and hear from both the bedroom window and the living room balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we cooked nearly every night. Elizabeth, our host, was incredibly responsive and helped us sort out a minor internet issue right away. We also really appreciated the hospitality—Mike, our local point of contact, even lent us hiking poles for some nearby trails. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful spot. Would absolutely return!

Fantastic large flat right in the heart of Nelson, easy walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. Tons of space to spread out. We really enjoyed this place. The hosts communicated very well and check in/out was quite easy. On the weekends there is a nearby club with loud dance music, so recommend using the provided ear plugs.

Really lovely place, clean and new with everything you could need and lots of information about the area/things to do. Was located up a little hill but only about a 10 minute walk to the town so super convenient location.

The place has great view, clean and has all the amenities. However theres a major construction at the parking lot area, which we understand is unavoidable. I would definitely stay here again

4 night stay which was a great base for Abel Tasman. Lovely, spacious house with a good layout, well equipped and beautifully clean. Also the decor gave it a really nice comfortable and homely feeling. Paul and Dina were perfect hosts, super responsive and helpful with recommendations for the local area. House is also a very short drive away from a really great cafe (Grape Escape) and deli - we very much enjoyed our stay

We loved staying here. Beautiful place and it was great having a sauna and hot tub after long hikes. I’d suggest giving the sauna plenty of time for the sauna to heat up. Comfortable beds as well

We had a wonderful stay in a very comfortable home. The home is spacious and very well equipped. With the unseasonable weather during most of our stay we were very grateful for the efficient heating and, on 2 occasions, the wood burner. Sam communicated very well and on occasions we required assistance, she was very responsive. We would be very happy to stay in this home again and will certainly recommend it to others.

We had a great time at Sue’s. amazing location, lovely home. Loved the spa pool. She was also very accomodating on check in times which was appreciated with a 7 month old!

Wonderful family accomodation fully equipped with all the mod cons, lots of space, amenities (e.g. on site gym , tennis), peaceful and in a great location. Couldn’t have picked a better place to be! Kids loved it.

Beautiful home, fully equipped and responsive host! A cozy home with everything you need from bathroom to kitchen to bedroom and very near Queenstown! Peaceful and love the hot tub and sauna with the mountain view and love the Bluetooth speaker … every night we have 2 dogs visiting us to say hi!

We loved staying here during our visit to Queenstown. Being a bit removed from the town center, it is much quieter here and the views of the lake are stunning. Very comfortable.
