Lovingly and newly furnished apartment in Gmund / Moosrain. The apartment is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle and yet only 3.5 km away from Baden im Tegernsee. The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the Moosrain stop, just 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with separate entrance, is located on the 1st floor and has been newly and modernly furnished. All with great attention to detail. A parking space is available in front of the house.

My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain view and green meadows. The apartment is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more intensive attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is paused between the individual reservations ( arrival and departure) in order to have enough time for the measures.

Close to Tegernsee & Schliersee!

Our lovingly, newly renovated apartment is idyllically located in the small settlement of Wachlehen about 3 km from the city of Miesbach. It is located on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with access to the west terrace. The two bedrooms have a box spring bed. Ideal for a small Family or 2 friends couples. To get to the 2nd bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. Not a big deal, but I want to make that clear.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several unequal stairs, is located in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is especially suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or transit. You are in this cozy room with integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is no TV consciously. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
