Bozcaada - Vineyard House

A vineyard house right in the middle of the island. Vineyard, natural setting with fruit trees. Close to and from the center and coastal crowds. Our house is 5 minutes to Ayazma beach and 7 minutes to the center. If you don't want to relax on your vacation and share your living space with others, our home is for you. The hosts live downstairs, we can answer your requests about the house and your questions about the Island. The entrances to the ground floor of the house and the downstairs are separate. Your area will be private to you during your stay.

Zakkumlu house in the Greek neighborhood of Bozcaada

Our house is in the Greek neighborhood, newly renovated without disturbing the texture. There are two rooms on the top floor of our two-story duplex house. Our 1st room consists of two rooms with intermediate doors, the interior room has a double bed and the entrance room has a double bed. 2nd room has a double bed. The bathrooms of our rooms are in the room with the toilet. At the entrance, the kitchen is OPEN for use and we have a corner set that can be table and bed. The furniture and white goods of our house are new.

Breathing Island House - Garden

Our house is in Alaybey Mahallesi Namazgah Square. Walking distance to food and drink, shopping and all the other places in the center. You can swim from the harbor again within walking distance. The house is located on a very and peaceful street. There are two bedrooms and a sofa which can be a double bed, a total of six people can accommodate a total of six people. Has a large garden of the dwelling only. The house has undergone an extensive renovation. Its infrastructure, furniture, and white goods are new.

Starfish Brick House

Our stone house, which is one of the best locations with sea and island views of Bozcaada central Rum Neighborhood, also offers a unique service with the use of a shared terrace area with sea views of Denizyıldızı Hotel. Our stone house is double. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a cedar seating area. On the lower floor there is a seating area with 2 sofa beds, kitchen and 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. In addition, an additional fee and breakfast service is provided at the restaurant where the Starfish is agreed upon.

Peaceful quiet village house

My house is a real immigrant house. One-to-one village house for those who want village life. The winter season is cool during the hot summer season. An electric heater is used in the house in the winter season. The garden for children is suitable for large vehicles. It is close to the beaches. I am permanently spraying. The seating area, that is, the front part of the house is surrounded by mosquito nets, and the breakfast is protected as a dining area.

Filika Bozcaada (Ela Pension)

Wonderful stone vineyard house with garden (vine, olive trees, yard...). Located in the middle of the island, terrace, close to the beaches, in a natural and very quiet environment. House used in winter and summer, very good amenities. Heating with state of the art high performance air conditioners, one per room, very good thermal isolation. Owners live in the basement floor, available for requests from guests in the garden floor.

If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family. Our house consists of two rooms, one kitchen and bathroom. 4 people can stay comfortably. All equipment is available in a home. Downtown and transportation is quite easy.(5 minutes walk from the pier) There is a seating and lounging area on our terrace, you can enjoy the view (You can have breakfast or dinner on the terrace)
