Varada was very helpful, he described how to get to the hotel, how to use the keys. He also helped me very quickly to get T30 form for extension my visa. The hotel has a good location. It’s just 20 min walk to the old city, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby

A perfect place to ring in the new year. We LOVED the dock and hammock, and the sound of the tides under the room at night was so calming. Wonderful, kind hosts, incredible value, and tucked right behind the best gift shop in town. The bed is Thai firm, but if that’s not an issue for you, we highly recommend. Truly lovely.

This is a fantastic spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. The host was very responsive and solved any simple issues immediately. They were a very lovely family, the baskets every morning provided was yummy and an extra as well! They even kept my bags for me and helped me with laundry till late. Really amazing team, rooms were beautiful with their own designs, highly recommended!

Great stay! Beautiful place and surrounding area! Very private, listing exactly as described! I really enjoyed the concept of the ecolodge and what they were accomplishing! Cafe downstairs was very nice to sit at in the morning! I cannot say enough good things about this listing. The staff and host were very kind and helpful, would definitely recommend this listing if you’re staying in koh phangan! My biggest regret is not purchasing their locally made body wash that they were kind enough to provide with the listing, if able definitely purchase some!

Perfect location very close to the old town square. A laundromat and a 7/11 at the end of the street, super convenient! Perfect location for pickups of excursions or bolt taxis. A day market where we eat very well at 3’, restaurant and massage salon following. A very peaceful temple just behind the apartments. Very welcoming. Quiet and private place to recover from the hustle and bustle of chiang may town. A pleasure. Super responsiveness from First for everything we may have needed.

The location is very convenient in Patong and very close to Banzaan Seafood Market.It is very lively, but the room is very quiet.Overall, good value for money.

Totally incredible place to stay. I would give 6 stars! It is just fifteen minutes to the city by Grab and they are so easy to use here. Plus they deliver easily. Anthony and Bambi were very helpful and accommodating. They always gave good advice about what to do and where to eat. The room was perfect, comfortable, luxurious, and very new. It came with all the amenities including free tea and coffee. There was a lot of space, and everything worked perfectly. I especially appreciate that the apartment had a real European kitchen great for preparing a meal, rather than a kitchen corner like some of those cheaper places. A home away from home.

A short walk from BTS, manageable distance. Slot in the access card to powers up the room, lots of wall sockets available. Managed to store 1 big, 1 small luggage and 1 bag, still have some walking space left. Bed is not the soft type, pillows are thin, not to my personal preference, but all is well for the stay. Got good quiet quality sleeps. A small room with a big clean bathroom, a bottle of shampoo provided. Note that there’s no hairdryer provided in the shower, and there’s only 2 clothes hangers. Staffs are super helpful and friendly, noticed a broken shower head but was immediately replaced. Staffs greeted us daily when we went out. There’s an attached cafe downstairs with nice beverages choices, entire environment is cozy and warm. It’s a 6-floored building with no lift, my room was on the 4th, so moving big luggages up and down the narrow stairs was a hassle. Overall a very nice stay.

I understand that the deluxe room was the largest and had a terrace. However, the room seemed small compared to another stay we had in town. On the other hand, the plus of the balcony is not worth it. It's tiny and barely had a seat for one person.

Location was great - place is quite, beds are comfortable! Only area for improvement would be the showers/drainage was always clogged with hair. But definitely more than worth it for the price and location!

We really enjoyed our week here, apartment is clean & quiet and walking distance to the centre of town. The host was very helpful, with great suggestions for restaurants and things to see/do. Highly recommended!
