The house is very new and clean, and the inside is very well equipped.The house is located in a new residential area in the south, and the people staying here are still quiet at night, about 10 minutes drive from the town of Sunset, which is a good value for money.

My friends and I really enjoyed the layout of this place, the bedrooms side by side the opened up to the pool area with the vines hanging down was a unique touch! We would recommend this listing to people!

The house is quite good in all aspects, there are also elevators, customer service is also at the door, there is also a night market nearby, there is a free bus start station across the road, you can go to town and casino.

This is a family run business that works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. The landscaping is incredible and they have a kitchen that you can use to make your own food. The daughter is an excellent chef and will cook for you if requested.. There are mopeds for rent , and every day you are asked if you would like your room cleaned and I like that. Do not hesitate to stay here.

I had a wonderful time at Hong's, the place is very clean, very pretty and very quiet. Hong was always smiling and attentive, I recommend her 100%. I'll be back for sure.

The Villa was really nice and it also had a private pool. The design was different than from the photos but it had the same high standard. Unfortunately we couldnt use the kitchen as there where na kitchen utensils apart from tea cups and glasses but breakfast was included. Overall we have had a pleasant stay

Had a great stay and the unit was nicely decorated. The host also provided a nice water dispenser for our group. Easy walk to the beach and food price was much more reasonable than the north of the island. Short (free) bus ride to Sunset town which had great stuff at night. Only minor concern was that floors a little dusty

Super nice accommodation.... There was even a great breakfast which was even in the description.... We felt very comfortable... Always happy to come back

This is a great place to stay. Near night market and close to pool and beach. The owner is nice and friendly to communicate with and help us to solve transportation needs. Would love to stay again when visit Phu quoc again!

The communication with Joe was really easy, he was helpful and answered within minutes. The bungalow is nicely located, calm area, some nice restaurants nearby and 5 min from the beach away. Overall a really nice experience. We enjoyed it a lot :-)

The downtown area with the night market is within walking distance (2-30 minutes), and there are plenty of cafes and local restaurants around, so it was very convenient for sightseeing. There are facilities one in the back from the big street leading to the night market.It takes about 3 minutes to walk.The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.Not only was she perfectly stocked with things as it was listed, but she was always available to help with any issues we had.We had a great stay!Thank you!! As the listing is, Phu Quoc Island was cooler than I expected and the water shower was a bit painful.

Don't think the rental price is very cheap compared to the quality. The house is very new and clean, full of utilities. Enchant the living room and kitchen of the villa 😌 Simple but spacious and comfortable feel

This is a great villa for a large group. We spent 1 week there and everything was wonderful. The villa is new and everything is beautiful in it. Very nice with lots of decorative elements. It's really nice to stay in it. The hostess of the villa does her best to help and resolve all issues promptly. We contacted her many times on various issues and she always tried to help. There were some inconveniences due to the noise of the pump, but I hope that it will be corrected . Overall a chic villa. Walking distance to the beach is also great!

Great stay with a magnificent view! The host was very welcoming and always makes sure we have a stress-free holiday. I recommend.
