This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Silvia's house is spacious, well distributed in the spaces and comfortable. The outdoor spaces, although unused, caused bad weather, were well maintained and functional. The only piece I could make is that I didn't mean that "coffee machine" meant mocha, but it's not relevant to the stay. If we go back to the area, I'll definitely review this place again.

We had a wonderful week at Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. From the garden you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains and you can also take a nice hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her home. We could ask her at any time if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. We really enjoyed the fireplace instead. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love peace and seclusion, the house is ideal

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. The accommodation is very comfortable, with all the necessary equipment to feel at home! We were hosted very well and really appreciated all the touches left by the whole family (Nonna's pie is really delicious😋). The neighborhood is quiet, 2 steps from the train station, but without the noises of the trains and we slept very well. It is very easy to access the city inside the ramparts on foot (20 minutes from Duomo Square). We were able to park the car in front of the building without any issues. We sincerely recommend this home!

Molto bello! So glad to have been able to stay here. Accomodations can make or break a visit, and I was so happy with this place. The flat is close to everything, but still nice and quiet. Lucca is a very walkable town, and so beautiful. Chiara is an exceptional host, I highly recomend. When I return, and I will, I'm checking with her first!

Daniela is just thoughtful and perfect as a host. She was very nice and always available to us, even going beyond her prerogatives by offering us additional services for our daughter who sprained her ankle during our vacation. You can tell she loves what she does and she does it perfectly. The accommodation is perfect and what about the location: only a 10-minute walk to the train station or airport. The city center is a little far on foot but it's very doable when you're on vacation (about 30 minutes). Despite the location close to the airport, the accommodation is quiet at night. Really good experience. Excellent structure, well cared for, great hospitality and communication with the owner. The building is really ok, with attention to detail, as well as hospitality. There is rarely a bottle of classic Chianti with two glasses for a welcome aperitif. Really great service. Congratulations.

Amazing location, walkable to everything within Pisa. Giula left us our own devices which is exactly what we wanted but left clear instructions on how to enter and was lovely when we bumped into her on our way out. Messaged a few times about a couple of things and she responded quickly and was very accommodating and friendly. Very kind host. Would recommend for a weekend in Pisa.

This is a really lovely apartment and is very comfortable, clean and modern. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It’s close to the sea and there are loads of shops and cafes etc nearby. It’s super peaceful and private. We really enjoyed our short stay.
