Holiday rentals with a patio in Tirrenia

We stayed in Monica's place while in Livorno for work. She was very helpful with flexible check in times for us which we much appreciated. The apartment was very convenient for seafront access and to get around town, with various shops and restaurants nearby.

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Well-equipped and comfortable apartment in walking distance from the central station of Pisa. It has everything necessary; super equipped kitchen and good internet. It is not a touristic area per se, but it has all the transports nearby. Mateo is very accessible, responds quickly, and I care that everything is correct in our stay.

We stayed to visit Tuscany, strategic location, central, within walking distance of the highway, many black amenities nearby, private parking, quiet and quiet area, simply beautiful and well heated house, very spacious, very clean, practicing new! Everything was practicing new, from dishes to appliances!

The apartment is beautifully decorated and we immediately felt at home. The location is fantastic: you cross the road, there is already the beach promenade and behind the beach. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet because it is located on a side street. Giacomo as a host can't be better because communication was quick and impeccable. He also has a lot of tips for great restaurants. All in one: perfect!

We had a very pleasant vacation at Alessio's place. The apartment is located very close to the center of Lucca and also allows you to park your car in private parking. Everything is very clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay in this lovely little beautiful village. The accommodation is very clean, nothing is missing. Carla is very available and welcoming. There's even a small grocery store bar in the village. The bedding is good too. I recommend … thank you again for this stay ..

Great place , exactly as described. Sarah is super nice, was always available and could always help. We especially loved the covered seating in the garden. Here we could also sit in the rain. We enjoyed the 14 days and can definitely recommend the place.

very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

Easy access home, also thanks to the precise directions received from Sara. Quiet area. Well-maintained and clean, actually everything is almost new. The street where the house is located is one-way and does not have private internal parking. So to leave the car you have to have a little luck to find parking nearby. This may be the only downside, but still resolvable by taking an extra "4 steps". Recommended.

This is already my second time staying in this apartment for Viareggio's carnival. The accommodation is very convenient to get to the city quickly. The hosts are very friendly and take care of any details as soon as they arrive. The house is very clean and tidy and also offers small treats like spices, coffee and other useful things. recommended and we will definitely be back if we happen to Viareggio

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

To find the accommodation, a big thank you to Samanta for these instructions because the accommodation is located in small pedestrian streets quite similar, in a beautiful and authentic village. The accommodation is spacious, very well-equipped and clean. Samanta was attentive and very nice in the various exchanges we were able to have. If you're looking for a cute house in the heart of the mountains with proximity to the city and beaches, go for it. I highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

Super comfortable apartment, just outside of Lucca (about a 15 minute walk to get inside the city). Clean, large space, great communication from hosts, and super easy check-in/check-out. Oh, and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever come across in an Airbnb!

We absolutely loved this place, by far the favourite of our Air BNB stays p. It is extremely well appointed, much attention to detail, comfort, beautifully decorated and has a very much at home feel. We were provided with some fabulous local recommendations as well. The perfect Air BNB for families and we hope to return again!

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with a group of friends and we were extremely satisfied with our choice! The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. The apartment is spacious, well organized and equipped with every comfort, clean and cozy just as described in the previous reviews. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

The great apartment just between Pisa and Florence. We had a 3-day stay. There is everything in the house for a long stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

The apartment is in a very quiet area and is very well located with everything, you can walk perfectly from there everywhere. For a weekend it is ideal, everything was very clean and the host was very nice and very attentive to everything. For the price it is very good, I recommend it.

Pros: very responsive and caring host, location, apartment bathrooms were new and wonderful, bedding is wonderful, drip coffee machine and espresso pod machine, exposed beam ceiling in living room and one bedroom, the heating worked well (I was there in winter), quiet both during day and night. Cons: no parking (if you have a car), but there is 25Euro/day city parking Riccardo was a wonderful host. 10/10 experience.
