Apartment holiday rentals in Tochigi

This was a wonderful studio apartment located close to the west exit of Oyama station. I travelled from UK to Oyama for work and having this apartment was much more comfortable than a business style hotel in Oyama. Sachie the host was really helpful and gave me all the local information and helped me get settled in quickly. The kitchen facilities are great and the apartment is very well decorated and extremely clean and tidy! I would highly recommend to anyone who is travelling to Oyama for work or pleasure, thanks Sachie!

This was quite the gem to find. We stayed 2 nights and felt right at home. The local recommendations provided were exceptional.

It was a lovely stay at Yosuke’s place. The location is good, closee to the train station and it’s near to a supermarket which makes it convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at Naoaki’s cozy apartment! From start to finish, the communication was excellent—Naoaki was incredibly responsive, thorough, and even anticipated some of my needs based on the weather, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with comfy beds and a well-organized layout. Everything was easy to navigate thanks to clear labels and a streamlined user manual for appliances. It’s in a super convenient location—just a short walk to the supermarket and train station. And if you love walking like I do, it’s about 30 minutes to the bridge, though the bus is a quicker option. I loved it so much that I extended my stay! It was exactly what I needed, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thanks again, Naoaki!

Clean and new. Very comfortable. A little bit far from Nikko station with 13mins walk. But, still walkable and can take bus (though I didn’t). Very responsive and nice hosts. Thank you!

The host was very responsive and very helpful. We have used it many times again, but the room is clean and spacious every time, and we would like to stay again in the future!

Highly recommend. The place was spacious and comfortable. While the location isn't in town it has enough food options around it and it is closer to the main sites. Town is a short walk away or the bus stop is close by. The host was very friendly and informative and even picked us up from the train station.

The Host was very nice and accommodating. The lockers are a big help for those who want to arrive early before check in and go to near by places after check out. The room is also big and spacious for 4 people.

The stay was fantastic, it was a little troublesome to have to run to the main house to get the key to the place to check in, but it didn't affect the stay, parking was also convenient for one home with 2 car spaces, and the surrounding area was also easy to find food and convenience stores

Very good place ti stay

It is an amazing place to stay at! Near the station and bus stop and next to an amazing restaurant. Saito-san was an amazing host, always attentive and friendly, the instructions were clear. 100% recommend for everyone wanting to stay at Nikko!

very friendly and helpful host, the accommodation was right close by to a train station so it was very easy to get there from Tokyo. the room it self was very clean and quite spacious.

Great place. Ideal to have a car in this town though in order to see everything in the area.

Love the room and the view of small New York town from the window so much. Enjoyed peacefully staying there. Maru is also a very kind host!☺️

although the place is not big but is enought for a families with 4 person like us and is value for money. shop are few min from driving distance.

A great value. This place is quite spacious. But note it’s a very traditional Japanese home, so no chairs. You sit on mats on the floor. I liked it personally. Short walk to the train station, and Nikko is just a 10 minute train ride away. Host gave clear and concise communication.

Very nice host, who replied really quick. Host gave a lot of nice recommendations before arrival and put in a lot of effort to give a nice welcome. Accommodation also really good, like on the pictures. Would book again
