Holiday rentals with breakfast in Todi

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

A small apartment well cared for and clean, good for two three people.

We had the pleasure of staying in Claudia's apartment in Viterbo and it was a simply exceptional experience! The apartment, completely tastefully renovated, is a real gem, with attention to detail. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The location is simply perfect, in the heart of the beautiful medieval neighborhood of Viterbo. In addition, the private parking under the house was a priceless convenience. Claudia, the owner, is an exceptional host. He welcomed us with a smile and provided local restaurant guides and tips, a real superhost who works with passion and dedication. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

I can see why they’re a super host…they’re amazing! Flagged us down when we missed the parking lot, made reservations for the most fabulous restaurant (Quando Posso) & helped us check in at night after a late flight. The room itself had everything we needed, and more! And they left us a pie for morning, juice, olive oil from the town, and other sweets. Definitely above and beyond what we expected! It was just a stop on the way up north but we’d definitely stay there again.

We are traveling around Tuscany and Anna’s place was a favorite! She’s a true gem. She was helpful with all of our questions and very warm and kind. We followed her recommendations in all the surrounding towns and were delighted with every meal. The apartment is truly special with an incredible view. The location could not be better. I don’t know what I was expecting, but the view brought immediate tears to my eyes. The place is so cool! Make sure to look in the closet! We will make another trip and will make a point of staying here! Anna, you’re the best!!!

Great little place, right by the gardens. Host was just lovely too despite some miscommunication and us accidentally making her wait for us 😭, she was so kind and sweet!

Everything was perfectly clean and welcoming, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. In addition, they welcomed us with a delicious surprise: a very good artisanal tart for the snack, a gesture that we really appreciated. It was a real pleasure staying here, we felt pampered and comfortable from the very beginning. We look forward to coming back! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Absolutely stunning!!! We were blown away by the elegant and artful interior while also enjoying cozy spaces within. Everything was exactly as described and the photos didn’t do justice to the magical location and design of the space. We received excellent local recommendations and responsive support from our hosts. Unbelievable value!! Highest recommendation.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

My husband and I fell in love with Olimpia’s place. We found it so beautiful and charming. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the gardens, the home, the pool, the view of the Tuscan countryside from the pool, and the delightfully strong coffee in the mornings in a romantic setting on the back patio. Olimpia and her sons were so kind and inviting. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. Thank you for the warm welcome!

We enjoyed our one night stay here very much. The flat is furnished with every thing you need and decorated beautifully as showed on the photos. Benedetta is so friendly and we are much appreciated to her hospitality and great breakfast. It worths more than 5 stars and provided free pick up services to and from train station. The place is centrally located in the old city with good restaurants nearby as well as nice scenery. Highly recommended to others to have a relax here.

10/10 - Wow! We have only the highest praise for this beautiful accommodation and its lovely hosts, both which made the trip feel truly special. The apartment has so much charm and artistic detail with a lovely decorative terrace and was very clean, spacious and located in the centre (but quiet) and a 10-15 min walk from the train station. The hosts could not have been more kind and accommodating in their welcome. We will remember this place for a long time.

Carla and Claudio were very welcoming and full of good advice . The room was exactly as described . Everything was perfect.
