We stayed three nights in the studio, Valentina's welcome was impeccable, very kind host, welcoming, precise and always available for any information. The apartment is new, very clean, well-furnished and equipped with everything you need, it has a small garden where you can eat in peace. The pool available to guests is very nice, surrounded by a very well-kept garden. It is located in a strategic point to visit Perugia, Assisi, Spello and other Umbrian towns. Great stay, highly recommended!

Beautifully located domain near the tiny Pieve a Presciano with a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding cypresses. The pool is the great asset of this accommodation, cleanly maintained and very large. Furthermore, basic equipped and typical Tuscan, but everything you need is present.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect for my husband and I, our 21 year old son and my mother in law. very comfortable and just like the pictures. Great location, great restaurants and close to other towns and a quick walk to the train station for a day trip to Florence. We had a fantastic trip and this was much better than staying in a hotel. Perfect!!

We had an incredible stay at Clara's property in Cortona! The highlight of our trip was definitely the visit to the farm, which was not only fun but also deeply meaningful. We loved learning about the local way of life. Our host, Clara, was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well-located. Claudio was very helpful making sure I found my way to the apartment and showing me everything. The place is well equipped with all that you need for a comfortable stay in Cortona. The apartment is right in the centre of this historic Etruscan city, and there is lots to see and explore. Cortona ha lots of history, but it is also surrounded by beautiful countryside and is also very lively with small shops, cafes, etc. It is on a steep hill, so you need to be fit. If you want to explore the region based in Cortona I would recommend that you hire a car because the public transport is quite sparse. There is lots or parking just outside of the city walls.

Perfect stay in the heart of Assisi! The apartment is excellently located in the historic center, a few steps from the Basilica of San Francisco and close to the parking at Piazza Giovanni Paolo II. The home has been recently renovated with great taste, maintaining the charm of the historic house. Daniela and her husband Alessandro were extremely helpful and kind, providing great tips from must-see sights and restaurants that really paid off. I highly recommend and hope to return soon!

A great place to stay when are in Arezzo. Property is all single owned and even has side yard &. some backyard...In the middle of the city! Sure, its a 10-12 min brisk walk into the heart of downtown. But that's what makes this place special & quiet. Hosts were very helpful in connecting one of our group to local wine tasting room who assisted us in setting up some self-drive tasting adventures. A another in our group asked for a few things which could not found in apt, and host responded in minutes. We can't really say anything bad the apt or host re our 7nht stay.

Marcus' apartment is in a perfect location, right in the center. It is located on the second floor, two large bedrooms, perfectly equipped kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher, blind bathroom, but functional. Perugia proved to be a perfect location, also for visiting other destinations such as Assisi, Spoleto and its surroundings. Marcus was always kind and helpful.

The accommodation is fantastic, very convenient for getting around the historic center, equipped with every comfort: large and bright rooms, furnished with good taste in every detail, you can breathe a truly welcoming atmosphere. Mrs. Barbara with her kindness and availability made our stay unforgettable.

Responsive host (and co-host), lovely location and easy to get to places. Easy, straightforward check-in even without the host present to greet us as they weren't available. Next time we'll book with Ernesto again. 🙂

Manuela’s place was beautiful and the views from the terrace were stunning. The building really gave us a true sense of the history and heritage of Spello. We had everything we needed. Manuela was so helpful and met us outside the apartment. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We had fun. Beautiful scenary Gubbio is nearby and is top! Guiseppe and family are fun as well!

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.

Our stay was amazing, better than the pictures. Upon arrival, we were met by the owner and greater with home made wine and shown around. The surrounding grounds were immaculate and it was peaceful. Coming from America, I was sure I would be uncomfortable without AC or a fan. I found however, that we were very comfortable and the nightly breeze through the house at night was better than a fan. We would definitely stay again, we loved our week stay!
