We stayed three nights in the studio, Valentina's welcome was impeccable, very kind host, welcoming, precise and always available for any information. The apartment is new, very clean, well-furnished and equipped with everything you need, it has a small garden where you can eat in peace. The pool available to guests is very nice, surrounded by a very well-kept garden. It is located in a strategic point to visit Perugia, Assisi, Spello and other Umbrian towns. Great stay, highly recommended!

Beautifully located domain near the tiny Pieve a Presciano with a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding cypresses. The pool is the great asset of this accommodation, cleanly maintained and very large. Furthermore, basic equipped and typical Tuscan, but everything you need is present.

We had an incredible stay at Clara's property in Cortona! The highlight of our trip was definitely the visit to the farm, which was not only fun but also deeply meaningful. We loved learning about the local way of life. Our host, Clara, was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well-located. No other than Amazing! A hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. Never have we felt so truly welcome and almost part of the family from day 1. Claudio was an amazing host! He made the place feel like home. There was plenty of kitchen and cleaning supplies/extra linens. Claudio provided a personal tour of the apartment upon my arrival and had everything clearly labeled. Claudio provided a great recommendation to a delicious restaurant just across the street. Claudio was always responsive to texts and checked in occasionally to make sure I felt comfortable. The apartment was private and in a quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe and secure. I can't think of anything I could have needed that wasn't provided. It was above and beyond amazing!

Alessandro picked us up from the train station and escorted us right to the condo. Before leaving, he gave us great suggestions for the best things to see and where to eat. Because we were only in town for one night, this was incredibly helpful so we could have an enjoyable stay and were able to see many things we hadn't originally planned. The condo is on a quiet part of the main street making access to all the local attractions simple. The attention detail inside created a welcoming and homey space where everything you needed was available. We could tell that a lot of thought went into the decor and amenities provided. We would have loved to have stayed more than one night!

We really enjoyed our stay! Emanuele and Angela were very kind and replied to any question very quickly. The place is perfect to relax and take day-trips to nearby towns such as Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano. We enjoyed the pool after big days of visiting the surroundings during very hot days. I recommend it to anyone who wants a mix of visiting and relaxing! :)

We took very little advantage of the potential of this apartment, because we only needed it for a nightly support, but the house is really nice. Immersed in a quiet and bucolic setting, really well furnished. Super Recommended.

A great place to stay when are in Arezzo. Property is all single owned and even has side yard &. some backyard...In the middle of the city! Sure, its a 10-12 min brisk walk into the heart of downtown. But that's what makes this place special & quiet. Hosts were very helpful in connecting one of our group to local wine tasting room who assisted us in setting up some self-drive tasting adventures. A another in our group asked for a few things which could not found in apt, and host responded in minutes. We can't really say anything bad the apt or host re our 7nht stay.

quiet place for both us and our dog who immediately made friends with the host's 2 dogs (Bretta and Charly)❤️❤️❤️, we will be back as soon as possible!!!

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Marcus's apartment is in a perfect location, right in the center. It is located on the second floor, two large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher, blind bathroom, but functional. Perugia turned out to be a perfect location, also to visit other destinations such as Assisi, Spoleto and its surroundings. Marcus was always nice and helpful.

the very kind Barbara welcomed us into her warm and cozy apartment with kindness, courtesy and friendliness. Accurate and punctual check-in. The apartment, spacious, clean, warm, comfortable and equipped with all comforts, is located a few meters from the historic center. Thanks to the valuable information provided by Barbara, parking was convenient and free. We are really satisfied with Barbara's refuge, which we highly recommend and which gave us the opportunity to spend a wonderful holiday in Città di Castello. thanks Barbara.

Long weekend spent in tranquility a short distance from the center. Very quiet and family friendly area, very clean and tidy house, equipped as if lived daily. A nice walk takes you to the historic center. We had a great time and if we return to Arezzo we will definitely contact Silvia, whom I thank for the sheep kinder for my two girls, sometimes small gestures make a difference. Have a great life!

The listing is photo compliant. The garden and pool are really beautiful for relaxing and resting. Plan the mosquito repellent for the end of the day and evening. Numerous sites and castles to visit nearby. I recommend the nearby restaurant Le Fenice (€15 menu with entrance, pizza, dessert and coffee).

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

Great views. We only stayed one night, but had the opportunity to enjoy the SPA, which is cozy and beautiful.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We don't even have access to air conditioning. The swimming pool is only shared with guests in the other apartment on the farm. Anna was always very kind and " pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.

This apartment was everything we needed to start our trip through Italy. We relaxed by the pool, had an amazing Olive Oil tasting experience and enjoyed the quiet, slower pace of the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing destination interested in a place slightly less traveled and a great home base to explore from.
