Holiday rentals with a patio in Tone River

Amazing little gem of an apartment, perfect to experience minimalist living in the heart of Tokyo! Very clean space, great attention to details, equipped for longer stays (I lived here comfortably for a month) with access to a shared outdoor space.The building is well secured and peaceful, felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Ebisu is a great neighbourhood, apartment is close to metro, bars & restaurants and convenience stores. Numa was a very responsive and attentive host. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at Shizuka's place. The location was perfect. It was very easy to access the train and busses. Also close to lots of shopping. Even taxi rides to Shibuya were reasonably priced on late nights out. Shizuka was an excellent host. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay here again and would reccomend this to others.

We loved our time in Tokyo. The location was very convenient—10 minutes by bus to Shibuya Station—but also very peaceful and walkable. Chihoko was responsive and helpful before and during our stay, helping with transportation and restaurant bookings, and answering any questions that came up. The apartment was very clean and cozy and perfect for our family of five. We felt right at home.

A lovely place and perfect for family of 5-6. Nearby restaurants and cafes were great for breakfast and easy dinner options. The only thing is shower stalls were unexpectedly small so children should be able to shower independently. Separate small WC from shower stalls. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. Host was responsive and kind to provide welcome snacks!

Provided with easy instructions to locate the property, clean, and close to the train station. Though some noise could be heard during the night (Saturday) which may be disruptive to some. Overall, super satisfied!

One of the best AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed in!! Ryuji is a phenomenal host—excellent communication, super responsive, so helpful/polite. The apartment was immaculate, and fully stocked for anything you might need. Location was upscale and convenient—only a brief walk to subway and bus lines. 10/10 I would definitely recommend and will probably try to stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

This was the perfect place for our visit to Japan! There was ample space for our family of four and having two bathrooms was very nice, especially as multiple bathrooms are hard to find in other Tokyo rentals. The space was clean and spacious, and we loved the rooftop deck! The neighborhood was extremely walkable to multiple train lines and shopping and restaurants. The beds were also very comfortable. Although we would have preferred a second shower, we easily made do with just one and it is an amazing shower! The only other thing that would have improved our stay (and it’s a small thing) is that we had a hard time figuring out how to use the microwave. There’s a million buttons on it and as we don’t speak any Japanese, we had to spend some time with Google translate to figure out what all the buttons said, but we eventually figured it out. Regardless, our stay was amazing! 藤本悦子 was a fabulous host and we would highly recommend and stay there again were we to return to Tokyo.

Lee was extremely responsive (literarily within minutes) and provided good advise throughout the duration of the stay. The location is great, next to Chuo park, 15-20 min walk to Shinjuku station, with 2 other subway stations within 5 min walk. You are in the middle of the Shinjuku's attractions, and close-by to Shibuya. Highly recommend. Would love to come back!

I am super happy with my decision to stay at this place. The hosts greeted us at the house and showed us around and I was surprised at how clean and cozy the house felt. The hosts really pay attention to detail and were really welcoming and helpful. They provided lots of useful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. In all of my stays with Airbnb, this was by far my favorite since the hosts really put their time and effort to make us feel comfortable. I will not hesitate to book this place again in the future.

Great stay in Chofu! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay that is very close to a couple good restaurants and convience stores. A couple minutes additional walk to a Don Quijote. The train station is close but with luggage it is around a 15 minute walk unless you are walking at a brisk pace. Stairs in the house are fairly steep. No major complaints, though. Clean place and feels safe. Great host, very responsive and helpful even at early hours. Booked this place for our first and last leg in Japan and would do it again.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area which was great for my family and I. Very clean, comfortable, well appointed and easily accommodated 6 guests (it fits a maximum of 10). The host/co-hosts are very responsive and allowed an earlier check in and later check out/ leave our bags. The day we left it was raining heavily so the host kindly provided a lift to the station. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

Had a very nice stay!! It was very conveniently located and the accommodation was very nice. It felt great to return after a long day around Tokyo. Would highly recommend!

A great house for 4x adults occupying 3x bedrooms, near train stations and easy access around tokyo and walking distance into Asakusa, would recommend.

Great place to stay when visiting Tokyo. It’s close to a train stop so it’s easy to go anywhere. The Airbnb was the perfect size for us and the host was amazing. He even provided us with snacks and drinks for our stay.

A bad stay experience, clean, and easy to live around!

It was a pleasure to have chosen here among the many listings, the room's allotment suited our needs perfectly, especially the ground floor room for travelers with small babies.The atmosphere of the living room with the dining room is also good.There are no immediate neighbors (only across the walls) of this property, so it is relatively less afraid of disturbing people (and being disturbed.Of course there were still neighbors downstairs).All in all, a very pleasant living experience!

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

This place was perfect. Small, but seamed standard for Tokyo and well laid out so it worked well for our multigenerational family staying there. Everything was clean. The host left some food and beverages in the kitchen that was a nice touch and made it easy to settle in.
