Holiday rentals with a patio in Japan

We had a great time in Osaka - the house was conveniently located a few minutes walk from Shinsaibashi station. It was small but had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Great view, parking and restaurants nearby, and the location was great!Thank you for your flexibility in changing your plans.

The room is clean and high, the kitchen and supplies are fully equipped, and the heater is not cold in the winter. Not far from Miyuan Station, Tsukan Park is great to play with snow in winter. Thank you host for skis, our family had a very pleasant time, looking forward to staying next time.

I had an amazing stay at Yuiitsu’s place! It had everything I needed. It is new, very clean, spacious, has lots of light and ammenities. Its very close to a nice tourist area called Kitano. On the same street you find local nice restaurants! It is just a 10 min walk from Sannomiya Station. I loved staying at Yuiitsu’s place. Would definetly come back!

The accommodation was smaller than I thought, but there was no problem using it for three people. The toilet and bathroom were also separated, so it was comfortable to wash or go to the bathroom. It was nice that the wifi worked well.👍🏻👍🏻 However, it was a bit far from the subway station to the accommodation, and it was located on the 4th floor, but it was a pity that there was no Elbe. 🥲🥲

Very convenient location in quiet part of town. I would come back to this place.

We were very satisfied, it was our most satisfying stay in Japan, it was very clean, the space was reasonable, and all kinds of supplies were good, we were happy to choose this one again👍 next time.

The host was extremely responsive. The location was great - close to the train and easy to get to any destination. Lot's of local restaurants and a supermarket that stayed open late and had a fantastic time just walking around the neighborhood. The room was on the smaller side, though typical for Japanese apartments. Note there wasn't much room for storage or cabinets to unpack clothing but we made it work. I had restful sleeps and an overall pleasant experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for three nights as travelled around Japan for our first time. The house is beautiful - comfy beds with lovely bed linen, well equipped kitchen, handy laundry with washing machine and dryer. Fantastic mountain views. We loved the area and really hope to come back one day. Would definitely recommend staying here. Daniel was very helpful when we needed to book a large early morning taxi back to Nagano Station.

We enjoyed our stay soooo much! This house is absolutely wonderful — spacious, new, and just 5 minutes walking to the beach. It’s very unique, cozy, and authentic — we fell in love with every room, every corner. Everything is thoughtfully designed, with so much attention to detail. It’s also just 5 minutes by bike to the supermarket, which was super convenient. The hosts are a lovely, responsive family who clearly put their heart and care into every part of the home. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable here

Great stay! The neighborhood is the best, would love to come back

Our group of nine thoroughly enjoyed the recent stay at this chalet. The accommodations were perfect for our needs and provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. Every detail seemed carefully considered, making our trip truly memorable. We appreciated the chalet's amenities and the beautiful surroundings. We would wholeheartedly recommend this chalet to other large groups seeking a wonderful vacation experience.

It's a place I chose for a family trip. I had a comfortable stay. The surroundings of the house are very much, but other than that, The house was clean and kindly explained it well. Satisfied. I was worried because there weren't many reviews It was nice that it was exactly as it was introduced. And it was nice that the water pressure was strong. It is important to note that the stairs inside the house are inclined.

Responsive and very helpful host. We did have a situation with lost backpack arriving in Osaka and Seinan was immediately on the phone trying yo help us. Very thankful for everything. The house is spacious, modern, comfy and keeps you in shape with stairs 😄. Overall, very positive experience.

Grandma’s house is not just a stay but an experience, a true Japanese homestay to retreat into the comforting style of a traditional home. It’s a such a beautiful home to feel the Japanese serenity. I stayed here as a retreat busy days in Tokyo. It was perfect. I also loved the beach town it’s located in. Had days of rain but still lovely to walk around. Ate well at the seafood restaurants that are also very traditional. There’s also a nice teahouse nearby. The beach on a sunny day was a dreamy walk. I hosts are really caring and friendly. The kitchen is well stocked and I also loved taking a bath (there is also a shower). Really, just all around wonderful.

Sitting on the deck for a morning cuppa with such a view was amazing…! Shiro and Kirsten are the perfect hosts: warm, friendly and welcoming yet very respectful of the guests space and time. I’m definitely coming back again!

Liren reply all my message within 10 to 30 minutes. She is very helpful and friendly. She give us very clear check in/out instructions and allow us to locate our luggage in early 11am. The Homestay location is very convenient and surrounding by many restaurants and hot spots area. Value for money👍

A bad stay experience, clean, and easy to live around!

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

This place was a perfect stay for me and my family during our holiday in Osaka. It had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The place is near Daikokucho, Imamiya and shin-Imamiya stations making it very easy to get around. Host was very responsive and proactive.

Very clean and spacious! Generous amenities, feels just like at home. Comes with the chocolate complimentary I expected. It was delicious! I highly recommend this place. Well worth the money!

Family trip just happened to rent the whole house, the accommodation experience is good ~ I'm really sorry that the last day accidentally broke the plate and caused the disturbance!

Comfortable place. Everything was clean and tidy. We were also given a welcoming treat by the host. Easy instruction given and the place were very close to the station.
