We offer a quiet T1 of 35m2 in the city center with a terrace of 20m2. 3rd floor with elevator. Two minutes from the town hall, the courthouse and the Vinci Convention Centre. The apartment has just been renovated. We do not live there intermittently when we work in Tours.
