Lauren’s place is as described. It is a great location close to everything we wanted to do. The townhouse is clean and nicely decorated, and we especially enjoyed the time on the balcony off the primary bedroom. We would definitely recommend this place and enjoyed our time here.

Absolutely awesome location and home. kitchen is absolutely awesome and has all you need. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft bedroom that is right outside another bedroom. So plenty of private spaces for guests to be at alone or in the commons spaces. Outside there is the front patio with rockers, a fire pit and chairs around that, a table and chairs and then the loungers around the pool. So much space to spread out in. One of the neighbors is out daughter's advisor at Sewanee, so that was really neat. Easy access to both Winchester and Mont Eagle. No issues at all, and hosts replied very quickly with questions we did have and checked on us also. Definitely will return!

We loved every second spent here! So close to Lookout Mountain and Downtown. Definitely comfy and we felt right at home. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Great stay, the home was cozy and very clean. Amanda left clear, detailed instructions for check in, house rules, and check out as well as lots of info on local attractions and recommendations. Quick drive to downtown area.

This home is wonderful! It had everything we needed with two toddlers and more! Plenty of the essentials you need when traveling with little ones— laundry and dish detergent, clean towels, a huge toy room with endless fun, and coffee. :) Beds were super comfy, and the home is quiet and peaceful and is close to all the attractions. Hope to be back!

Great spot for a family vacation. Steep hills surrounding the property make parking unique. Small park one block away was nice. Plenty of amenities and restaurants a few blocks down the hill. Would stay again!

Return House was exactly what we needed for a perfect weekend in Sewanee. The location is very close to the University of this South, and yet feels like it is secluded in the forest. Michael’s home is warm and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed listening to the birds while enjoying my morning coffee on the deck. Check in was easy and Michael is a great host. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was truly one of the best Airbnbs we have ever had the pleasure of staying in! Conveniently located, but tucked away in a relaxing and quiet spot made it a great place to stay. The hosts were very hospitable and welcoming from the very beginning at booking. Would definitely recommend staying here if looking for a place anywhere in the area. We will book again if we are back in the Noogs. :)
