Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tracy City

Amy was very accommodating and responsive. She allowed for an early check-in on short notice which was very helpful to us. Her place was in excellent shape and very spacious for a two bedroom home. The location is very convenient and located close to all the places we love in Chattanooga!

This turned out to be a great choice for our family. We appreciated the extra small touches like snacks, teas, coffee, and helpful incidentals that you wouldn’t expect at an Airbnb. The game room was a big hit with the kids and adults and we had a lot of fun. Place was super clean and beds were comfy. If we come back to Chattanooga this is our first pick!

This is a wonderful home with all of the amenities- the open kitchen and living area are perfect for the family to gather, eat, play game and visit! The back deck has a wonderful view!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gary's place! The mountain home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very spacious for our three children. My kids have never seen snow and it actually snowed our last day there. Just made our trip even more special! ☺️

We loved the location of the home in Chattanooga, very walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to the highway. We loved sitting on the front porch and feeling the breeze. The home was very accommodating for our needs, slept very well. Nice and quiet! Look forward to next visit!

This home is exactly as described and pictured. Jeff was a great host who communicated well through the app. The home was comfortable for our family of 3 plus our dogs in this trip. We used the home as a central location to Ruby Falls, Rock City, Chattanooga, and Cloudland Canyon State Park. So much to do in this area and coming back to relax in the home was perfect. The home was clean, central AC/heat, comfortable beds, and all items needed to cook. Washer and dryer was also nice after hiking we did a quick load of laundry. The area was safe and elderly neighbors were friendly. If you’re in the area, definitely recommend this home for a small family.

We had full capacity of family. Marci was so accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. She was concerned that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She was the best host!!! We enjoyed our stay and the kids had a ball with the yard, roasting marshmallows!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house! The home was very clean. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. It was plenty of room for me, my husband, our daughter, and our dog. I didn't do much cooking, but we had everything we needed in the kitchen to do so. It was convenient having a washing machine in the house, which we did wind up using at one point. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and we enjoyed our time relaxing on the front porch and taking it all in. It is a very walkable neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance or short driving distance. We also found a fun park (Riverview Park) nearby with a wonderful playground that our daughter loved! We felt comfortable and right at home during our stay here. I would definitely stay in this house again!

Awesome location. Place was squeaky clean and felt like it was brand new. Hosts were very helpful and available if needed. Also, well priced for the amount of space available compared to the competition.

Located in a very cool part of town. The neighborhood is walkable but driving is easy and quickly gets you to restaurants, bars, and great shopping. Chattanooga has something for everyone. Outdoor enthusiasts can choose kayaking, biking, or trekking nearby.

We stayed here during a difficult time. It was private, nice neighborhood, and a short drive to downtown. The host was very accommodating and supportive. It was cute, clean, and lots of extras especially convenient washer and dryer. We would recommend it.

This is a beautifully appointed Airbnb overlooking the river, quiet, easy access to everything we wanted and larger than what we were expecting. We were pleasantly surprised. We walked the lighted greenway/paved walking path to an Italian restaurant. Would definitely recommend this place and if we are in Chattanooga in the future will stay here again.

The cleanliness and comfort of Greg's place made for an easy, enjoyable two night stay. The layout is spacious and the large windows allow for wonderful natural light. Decor is non-cluttered and calming. Everything-from surfaces, to dishes, to linens- was perfectly clean. Even though I didn't need it for this stay, the available washer and dryer are a big plus for this accommodation. Lastly, St. Elmo is a perfect place as home base for any trip to the Chattanooga area. Grocery stores, restaurants, hiking travels, and local attractions are within walking distance or just a short drive away. Thank you Greg for providing such a nice place at the Base of Lookout Mountain!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in downtown Chattanooga! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The space was just the right size for two people, very cozy, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and charming spot in Chattanooga!

This stay was great! There is lots to do in walking distance, and it is a short drive from other Chattanooga must-sees, like the walking bridge and art district. The space was nicely decorated, and the balcony is nice! There is a fire station nearby like many others said, but Lauren provided earplugs for convenience if it were to bother you. She also provided fans for white noise or for those who may want their room to be cooler, which was very nice! The rooms are on the smaller side, but the beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and blankets are provided! She also provided necessities such as plenty of towels, soap, and more!

Of my many numerous Airbnb stays, this one with Bonnie rates among my highest. Bonnie was an absolute delight as a host and a person. She thoughtfully anticipated our needs and was highly accommodating for check in and check out. The living space exuded a magical and welcoming vibe. It was conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga via a short drive. Thank you for an amazing and rejuvenating getaway!

This was our second stay at Chad’s condo. It was perfect for us last year and remains that way. Chattanooga is a great city with lots to do and the central location of Chad’s place makes it convenient for walking and driving around the city and surrounding areas. The condo is well-furnished and the beds and furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and it is so nice to be able to do laundry. Our family of four highly recommends Chad’s condo!

We love coming to Chattanooga and this is the perfect area for us. Jarrett’s place was great! We’ll be back. We had absolutely no problems everything was great!

Perfect for our family of 4. My son attends UTC and shares a house with a roommate so when we visit we usually get a hotel. Decided to go the airBNB route this time and very glad we did! We will definitely rent in the future! We walked over to Oddstory Brewery and enjoyed a beer while playing a game of Uno. lol!! Food City is very close for any grocery needs and it is such a nice store! Has a little bar up front, a Starbucks, fresh hot popcorn and a hot food bar. Insomnia cookies right next door too! We absolutely loved the vibe of this space!! We were in town for a dance competition and the location was perfect. We were just a block away from our venue at Soldiers and Sailors Auditorium and not too far from restaurants and coffee shops. I had a little confusion about where to park, and the host was very quick to respond and gave clear instructions as to where the parking was for the unit. Listening to records while winding down after a long day at the competition was so great! We definitely will be back for another stay very soon!!
