"Studio in the garden" In the main house from 1824: 20 square meter room with double bed and a room with a 1.40 m bed. In the colorfully designed guest area, there is a small reading shelf and games. The shared bathroom has a nice corner bathtub. The large kitchen is the lively meeting place in the house. De B & B ligt in een klein dorpje, genaamd Demerath midden in de vulkaaneifel. Volgens ons het ideale vertrekpunt voor wandelingen, mountainbiketochten en voor motorrijders. Demerath ligt tussen Koblenz en Trier (beide op afstand van ongeveer 60 km) dus cultuur snuiven of winkelen behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Ook de moezel is hier dicht bij, een klein half uurtje met de auto en je bent in het gezellige plaatsje Cochem. De prijs van de kamer is inclusief ontbijt.

You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming place to stay. The room is located on the 2nd floor in a farmhouse from 1878. Several bicycles can also be parked in the barn. The garden/terrace can be used. From mid-April to the end of September, a garden house is also available.
