Beach apartment holiday rentals in Turtle Bay

Perfect spot for our family. Well stocked unit…Frank has this place dialed in for families. They were very responsive with a couple questions. Everything met or exceeded expectations. Instructions were super detailed and cleared up a lot of issues we could have had. Hope to be back.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The inside of the condo was beautiful, SO clean, and stocked with everything you could need from kitchen appliances to sunscreen to towels and other beach gear. The view from the balcony/lanai was absolutely gorgeous. Overlooking a beach which was pretty private. Watched whales and sea turtles. The only downside of the air bnb was that the location is not in the nicest part of town, however, the building is in a gated area. We never felt unsafe. Although it is a ways from any nice restaurants, this did not bother us one bit because we ate almost every meal on the lanai as it the views were more gorgeous than any restaurant could offer! We would recommend this stay to anyone who is wanting a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful stay!

Barbara was a responsive host. Beautiful views/sunsets. Clean condo. Private beach for the resort. Used the beach chairs and umbrella. Ideally for a beach holiday. Took some time to drive to the other coasts. Had to pass Honolulu.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! no complaints or issues. Wonderful location, peaceful view, and construction wasn't too loud for us. I am grateful for all of the instructions and details that they emailed prior to our stay, and they were very responsive. Definitely will want to stay here again.

Location, location, location! The inside of the condo is as it appears on the website. Comfortable. Nicely appointed kitchen. We didn’t cook while there, but it was well equipped. We loved having coffee in the morning on the screened in lanai, listening to the birds, waves and watching the chickens. A very short walk out the front door and you are on a great beach for swimming, snorkeling, walking. Emmanuel, the host, has all sorts of equipment stored on the lanai…boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkels , flippers. The pool was very cool, I don’t think it’s heated, but we did use it for laps. This is a great beach condo….simple, comfortable, great location. If you want upscale the Ritz Carlton is up the road. Emmanuel, the host, is responsive, accessible. We had a good experience at Punaluu and really hope to return soon .

nice place right on the beach. The building is old and there was construction going on in the unit above us but that is to expected for an older building. The unit was clean and well stocked, especially with coffee Being on the ground floor was very convenient for accessing the beach from the Lanai instead of having to go through the main building. The screens to the Lanai do need to be replaced but they functioned for what we needed. Loved how beautiful and private the sandy beach was. Never busy; it was unusual to see more than 10 people on the beach at once and we saw turtles everyday in the water and on the beach.

We loved our stay, exactly what we were looking for…. A beautiful sandy beach right outside of our door, without the crowds of tourist beaches. Turtles catching waves with us, along with dolphin and whale sightings from our lanai. If you do your research and understand that you are staying at an older place without all the fancy stuff, this place is exactly as described. This is old Hawaii, locals Hawaii.. the drive to the condo is sad with so many locals forced to live on the beach as Hawaii’s cost of living has become too much, along with the dire consequences of substance use.. understand you will see that. If that’s not for you to see, this isn’t the place. The condo was CLEAN and very comfortable, with everything you could need. Time your adventures right and arrive “home” in the evening then you won’t have a problem with traffic!

What a beautiful beach and view! We loved our time at Kathleen’s condo. It was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. I haven’t slept as well as I did there in ages. The ocean at this beach is very swim-able and there are lots of turtles to watch as well. We had everything we needed and felt very safe. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We loved this place for our family to stay. We had three generations and it was great for everyone. It was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the extras on the lanai for the beach. Wagon, umbrella, and toy bucket were lovely to have. My son loved the proximity to the pickleball court. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was nice for a closer swimming option.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was so clean, spacious and cozy and our family of four felt right at home. We appreciated all the beach gear - especially the wagon which made the walk to turtle bay effortless! The turtle bay grounds are stunning. We enjoyed morning walks throughout the trails followed by snorkeling in the cove. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. The bedroom as so peaceful and the bed was very comfortable with beautiful linens. We also loved the seating area in the living room which was set up perfectly to be a mix of counter space for eating or working and a big sectional couch for movie night. It also doubles as a bed for our 10 year old. He slept great! The kitchen had everything we needed and more and the location was perfect for exploring all that the North Shore has to offer. Being able to walk to the restaurant on the golf course (which was surprisingly good) and the Ritz for dinner, drinks, and snorkeling was huge plus. The coffee shop at the Ritz coffee bar is the most beautiful place to start your day with panoramic views. And the coffee is super good. But we also wanted to take the car to the food tucks and other beaches which made the condo perfectly located for us. Will absolutely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Joel’s place. The house is just a short walk away from the beach, comfortable, and very well decorated. We have two toddlers, and found everything we needed, including beach toys. Joel was always very responsive, and helped us a lot with local recommendations. Looking forward to coming back!

Space is extremely clean. Unit is quiet and spacious. Scott was responsive and flexible with check in and checkout times. The unit has everything needed to enjoy the beach and tennis courts. Kitchen had everything we needed. Instructions and recommendations provided by Scott allowed us to maximize our time on the North Shore. Accessibility to Turtle Bay resort and surrounding beaches is very easy from this location. Everything was easy. We hope to be back :) Mahalo Scott!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is filled with beautiful decor and there was so much attention to details. It was very clean and the check in and check out was really simple. We would love to come back!!

This place was amazing. It felt very clean and new. We were impressed with all of the small touches to make it special…from welcome treats, to beach toys, to a well stocked place, to new appliances that seemed futuristic, good WiFi, and on and on, this place (and the hosts) really went above and beyond. We’ve stayed in a lot of short-term rentals over the years and this one is one of the best. Thank you for allowing us to share in the island!

The quiet condo and beach were so beautiful. This was a perfect escape from all the hustle of the city. Such a beautiful side of the island, with so many things near by. LaRona was so extra helpful with all the nearby attractions and stores that she let us know about. Our favorite was definitely Kaya's and Coconut Joe's, just a short walk down the road. We hope to come back again sometime and look forward to the progress that is made on the building. Being able to sit on the lanai and watch turtles, whales, waves, sunrises, and even a beautiful thunderstorm, so so relaxing and amazing too. I will definitely miss sleeping to the sound of those waves and winds.

The Turtle Bay Area is beautiful and seems very safe. The community is gated and shared pools and tennis courts are available. There are also wonderful hiking paths and a nice beach. Sandra’s place was small but worked ok for the two of us. She stocked the kitchen with all of the essentials and provided snorkel sets, pool tubes, boogie boards, and tennis rackets which were nice extras. The only thing to be aware of is that the loft ceiling is pretty low but not a big deal if you are careful getting out of bed.

This condo is amazing! Right on the beach, beautiful sunrise each day right from the lanai. Safe and comfortable. Snorkeling and swimming awesome. Condo Stocked well with everything needed for a family vacation. Great location on the quiet north west side of Oahu. Definitely would stay again!

Nice, quiet condo within walking distance of Turtle Bay Resort. Overlooks golf course and is adjacent to walking trails. The bed was quite comfortable, and the condo is very well-equipped. Host was friendly and responsive. This was a good value; just be aware sales tax is not included in the advertised rate so add another $300+ to the bill.

We enjoyed our stay at Tania’s! It was beautiful just like the photos. Instructions were provided and very clear. Tania even left local goodies for us to enjoy (that was very much appreciated, thank you). Tania’s condo was clean, lovely decorations, and felt very open. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of beach gear and beach toys (which my son enjoyed) and it was so awesome for our beach day! The pool and tennis courts were easily assessable and equipment was provided as well. Parking was a breeze, right outside our door. The outdoor space was lovely, mornings sipping on some kona coffee looking out into the golf course with all its greenery was so serene! We love the North Shore and enjoyed staying at the Kulima Estates - THANK YOU!

Excellent place to stay with our kids on their first trip to Hawaii. The home was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The pool right next to the unit was clean, warm, and perfect for evening swims under the stars. Location relative to all the great places to visit on the North Shore was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo for our Hawaii trip! Located in a peaceful gated community with the Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay Resort within it. It’s just a short walk to the beach, resort, and restaurants. The backyard opens up to a golf course where we saw the sunrise every morning. The condo stays cool with AC and fans. Clean, comfortable, and with a great pool area. Ideal North Shore location—we were able to explore with short drives to Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and so many other beautiful spots. Highly recommend!
