Beach house holiday rentals in Turtle Bay

The location was perfect for us as we were looking for a peaceful place to admire the beautiful natural scenery that Hawaii offers. It’s close to the ocean and is surrounded by the verdant mountains. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay here. Would love to stay here again. Thank you.

As pictured - a clean spacious place in a beautiful location. The owners have really put a lot of care into setting up their unit. Great communication and service. There are a couple of very loud roosters in the neighborhood. The ac units drown most of that noise out and my kids were jet lagged and up before the roosters anyway, but I wanted to mention that in case any others are very light sleepers. My kids loved the rooster and would consider him a pro, not a con, of staying here. Also, we saw roosters everywhere so I’m guessing they are just very commonplace in the country on Oahu. We would definitely stay here again. And would 100% recommend to others.

This home was perfect for our family of 8. The location was nestled in the little countryside of punaluu right across from the beach where we were able to go swimming everyday! It was a beautiful home that was well equipped for a nice long trip. Not too far from local restaurants and grocery stores with a little country living vibe type community. We would definitely stay here again.

You can't find a better location than Matt's home. It's in the traffic-free portion of the North Shore and the backyard literally opens up onto the beach. I fell asleep each night listening to the waves crashing on the beach, so relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay at Nola's place! The check in and check out process was easy to follow, the place was clean and very comfortable for our family, and there were plenty of places close by!

This was the perfect location for our baby moon! The walking distance to the beach was very short and accessible. This location was also walking distance to a market and an açaí place we walked to every morning. Would definitely recommend this location! Saving this location for future stays in Kailua! The place was clean and host responsive.

Thank you AvantStay for hosting our family of 8 (adults & children). The host was responsive and provided clear instructions making the check in/out easy. The location is in the northern part of the Leeward side so expect longer commutes to the main attractions. This was no problem for us since we rented a car. There are also great beaches on this side and lots of tide pools where we saw a monk seal sunbathing. The house is located in a gated community making it quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped. The garage was stocked with beach gear. The backyard was just as pictured. We enjoyed having breakfast out there and enjoyed the sunset as well. We would book again!

If you’re traveling to Hawaii, and need a place to stay for you and a big group -this is the place for you. We had 14 adults at this location, and it worked out perfectly for everybody. The rooms are spacious and clean. Every room had AC which was really good because we were in Hawaii during 80° weather. That upstairs kitchen was wonderful for family style gatherings. The backyard was huge and at night we got to enjoy a clear view of the stars. Our host was very responsive to us. I really give this place attended of a 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay at Orly’s place and the location is so beautiful and easy to get to north shore activities. Orly was also very responsive and considerate when we asked questions about the TV internet and parking permit. I would recommend this place and location to my friends if they think of north shore stays. Sherry

We had a great stay. The unit was clean and comfortable and looked just like the photos. We didn't cook much but the kitchen was well stocked, and we were grateful to have the beach chairs to use. The grounds around the condo and Turtle Bay were beautiful and fun to explore. I especially enjoyed walking past the stables and seeing the horses, and it was a nice stroll to the ocean where there were plenty of tide pools to explore. We enjoyed Kawela Bay which was calm enough to swim in the winter; you can walk to it from the condo but it is also a quick drive with easy parking- we spotted turles there every day! Overall, an excellent place and we would stay again. Thank you!

this cottage is a dream of a destination in kailua! the garden, pool, outdoor deck, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful interior spaces are just the start. access to the beaches at lanikai for amazing sunrises, lush landscaping, views to offshore islands, and long walks on a sandy beach is easy from the cottage. and a slightly longer walk gets you to kailua beach park's boardwalk and beach, and the hike at lanikai pillbox without driving or parking hassles. it's in a safe, private, and quiet neighborhood for residents, runners, bikers, and dog walkers. shops and restaurants are a short drive away, and a few are even walking distance. thank you for access to this special place!

Heaven on earth! Killer view off of the balcony of the golf course. So many cool birds and flowers all over the outside of the home. Turtle bay a quick jaunt. The photos look exactly what you get in real life. This is true gem close to so many north shore treasures, while being quiet and peaceful. Don’t look any further folks home is it!

Cute and comfortable studio for a girl traveling the island solo. The surrounding nature was incredible. Make sure you check out the pathway that leads to the cliff side ocean look out sunsets are 10/10!!

We had 10 people, including 2 children under 8 staying with us. we had room for 3 couples with extra space for 2 unmarried girls in the bunkhouse to the side of the house. The extra mattresses were useful to put the children on. we utilized the laundry room to put one older child in. There was enough bathroom for the amount of people staying. We had a lovely kitchen and we're grateful for the washer and dryer. We were also grateful for the beach extras such as chairs and boogie boards. We also made use of the extra cooler and beach towels. Very well supplied! Kate responded well when we had a question!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The house was perfect for my family, my parents. and my brothers family. The house was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics. The dual living rooms made family time as well as alone time perfect. The secluded beach was just minutes away and a great retreat from crowds. Plus the perfect place to watch the sunrise. The outdoor space was beautiful and well equipped. I can't wait to come back! Thanks Jeannie!!!

We had a great stay at this surfer’s crash pad. We loved the lookout at the end of the street and saw whales there every morning and evening. We loved the location on the North Shore, near lots of food and beach and entertainment options and far from the city and traffic. People everywhere were friendly. We felt safe and like part of the neighborhood. Beds were comfy, we had everything we needed. The ladders/lofts were part of the fun adventure. Very cold air conditioning and fan. Highly recommend Jay’s surf lesson connection, we had a blast. Also recommend the Paalaa Kai Bakery about 15 minutes away, we miss it already. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabian was helpful in accommodating all our needs - from adjusting our booking window, allowing an early check-in, offering a late check-out if needed and answering any questions we had. He sent his father-in-law to look at the tv when it wasn't working and he wasn't able to make it, and then his father-in-law was super kind in sharing coconuts from his tree with us. We really loved the location and felt at home. Would recommend!

This property is a Hidden gem, If you want luxury view with a laid back family style feel- look no further this property is EVERYTHING & so much more. Truly incredible place & even better host. Our family felt at home and we feel like Alex is our new family member we dubbed him uncle Alex cheeeeee!!!! We will be back for more Ohana adventures 🫶🏾 aloha

My family and I were very happy staying at Nohomai's Ocean View Vacation Home. The home was very clean and inviting, which was greatly appreciated. It is also in a quiet neighborhood. We all appreciated the area that the home was in, it was convenient in many ways. The home is just a few minutes from the beach (walking). Some family members and I walked the beach every morning to witness the beautiful sunrises Hauʻula had to offer. The home is also in walking distance to the Hauʻula Loop trail. This trail is definitely worth doing. The scenery throughout the trail is priceless but making it to the top and that view alone makes it worthwhile. Nohomai and his wife were great hosts. They quickly responded to any questions we had about the home. We made the right choice in staying here.

This was a fantastic little house in a quieter part of Oahu. Had pretty much everything we needed for a comfy stay with 2 adults, a teen, and three littles 5 and under. Neighborhood felt very safe and we enjoyed evening walks. Surrounded by choice beaches. Hosts were friendly, and happy to offer local suggestions for things to do. We hope to come back!
