Holiday rentals in Twieflingen

We had a very nice stay at this historic house. We had wanted to spend a weekend here for a long time, and it was a special experience to stay in such an old building. The house is comfortably furnished, and especially the fireplace was our highlight – its warmth and the crackling of the fire made the evenings special. The hosts were very friendly and gave us valuable tips for excursions in the area. Great place for history lovers – highly recommended!

The apartment is super nice and quiet right around the corner from the Elfenstein. If you want to eat something quickly in the evening, the situation is not so well suited, but the apartment is well equipped to provide for yourself - even with a dishwasher in the kitchenette. The apartment is beautifully large for two (+pet) and offers a wonderful view from the large living room windows. Communication with the hosts was super straightforward with clear and helpful information about flexible check-in with a lockbox. Definitely a recommendation for those who want to have their peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the forest!

Very nice and thoughtful hosts. We were invited to the area and stayed 1 night. We felt very welcome and comfortable. We will be happy to come back for the next invitation.

We were on site with 6 adults and a baby and felt at home! The apartment is well furnished, with a really nice view of nature. Everything corresponded to the description and we can definitely recommend the apartment. Thanks Mark for the fast and uncomplicated communication!

We enjoyed staying at Corina's apartment very much. On the cool evenings it was nice to light a fire in the oven. The apartment contains everything you'll need. The photos are really very accurate, it's all set up as seen in the photos. In the village, there is an upscale restaurant. Another snack bar was temporarily closed, but will definitely have reopened by summer.

We were a group of four for a weekend in Wernigerode/Schierke and were immediately impressed by the place. The hostess always responded to our questions on the same day and was very accommodating with the short-term rebooking of our visit, due to a private emergency. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your reliability and kindness! The place itself was clean, furnished as described (for your information: instead of an oven, there is a microwave with an oven function, which also worked well) and the beds were prepared according to our wishes. Most importantly, however - we felt right at home there! The location of the place was good according to our requirements, shopping and going to the bakery in the morning was very easy. All in all we had an excellent and relaxing stay and would also book Villa Charlotte next time!

Beautiful house where you lack nothing. Beautiful area where there is plenty to do in winter and summer. Renske is a top host, easily accessible and full of tips about the area.
