Nice neat and spacious apartment. Equipped with everything you need to stay for a week. However, it was personally on the low side in terms of shower water temperature. That you could use the sauna, swimming pool and gym was a nice side effect.

We had a wonderful week with the best weather for the time. The apartment is very spacious, bright and well equipped. A beautiful large kitchen with large fridge, large shower and very nice terrace with the best views. Everything very modern and new. We personally did not get along so well with the mattresses, but that is individually different. The location was super quiet and therefore very relaxing. The place is very cozy with supermarket and bakery. We highly recommend!

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Great stay, really friendly and perfect location for where we needed. Slopes close by and easy to get in and out of Mayrhofen. Hans was really helpful! Would stay again

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

Christine was a helpful and friendly guest. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. We loved our stay.

Very nice apartment, ideally located if you want to ski. The ski bus is right on the street in front of the house. There is a ski cellar with lockable boxes for the skis and ski boots. Very tastefully decorated and everything you need to take care of yourself. We have been there several times and would be happy to come back.

The place looks better in real life than in the pictures. Everything was good.

Apartment fits our needs for space and privacy for 6 adults. Fully equipped kitchen helps to enjoy your time during your holiday. Big and hand made table from raw wood is perfect center of the ground floor, where entire group can enjoy from common time.

The apartment is beautiful and wide and the view of the balcony is wonderful, calm and responsive to the very cleaner is beautiful There is a point of light in the housing that needs to be added As for the whole, the apartment is beautiful and ranked and everything is available in it

Great host, perfect location!!

Overall a great experience. The apartment is clearly new, everything was clean, from utensils to bathroom. The apartment itself is spacy and nice. It took quite a steep climb to get to the apartment as Flies is located pretty high up. I could recommend to everyone.

Very nice place to stay with a shared sauna + indoor & outdoor hot tub for the 3 apartments. Everything is very modern and the apartments are very spacious. We had a great skiing vacation with a small ski resort right in Hochfilzen and the large ski resort Saalbach accessible from the surrounding towns. A bus stop for the ski bus is almost right outside the door. We'll definitely be back!

Dear Daniela, We stayed with you for 4 days and we loved it so much that we will definitely come back. The place was simply a dream,very well maintained, nicely decorated, super clean and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the mountains in the pool simply excellent. The coffee tasted excellent. We would keep staying with you, there was just nothing missing. Very tasty also your homemade honey and the delicious schnapps. Thank you for everything and that we were allowed to be there and spent four wonderful days. This place is one of our top 3. A real oasis! The decor is modern and very clean; it has everything you need and nothing there that unnecessarily dusts. The highlight is of course the hot tub on the terrace with the great view of the mountains. Great for our two dogs that the terrace is completely fenced and unseen. We will definitely be back.

You arrive at the accommodation thanks to the directions given and you are at home! Very well equipped, local products, everything to make you a meal. If you need anything, it's present in the accommodation, whether it's food, towels or robes, hobbies, tourist information, bandages , wood to heat you up. The sauna and jacuzzi are very pleasant after a day of hiking. The only downside is the room and its accessibility. A miller's ladder gives you access to a very low attic room. You have to bend to get into the bed. This is not suitable for the elderly with knee problems. I would recommend this place to friends.

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!

Annette and Seppi are super friendly, responsive and very accommodating. The place is lovingly and stylishly furnished - there is everything you need here. Very pleasant experience, very nice and equipped apartment, very comfortable supermarket below the house, in the immediate vicinity distributor of fresh milk, fresh eggs and other food products, and a pharmacy with very kind staff. Convenient location to visit many characteristic countries located just a short trip away. The hot tub is fabulous, although it's forbidden to bring glass. Free parking downstairs from the house. Great communication with Florian.

The place was great! The hosts are very friendly and helpful and everything was taken care of. The apartment is very nicely furnished, very clean and you feel right at home. The small garden is also very nicely prepared and the hot tub is a great extra! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
